Beautiful home and location

We stayed here for only one night but I wish it could have been longer! The home is beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a great location. Alberto is just delightful, recommended restaurants and the checkin process was quick and easy. I hope to be back here again!

The best place to stay in Rome, absolutely amazing!

Alberto was the most wonderful host. He made our stay so special and thought of everything. His home is large, with air conditioning, and all the amenities. Prati is a beautiful part of Rome, safe and close to everything. We will definitely come back to Rome and when we do we will only stay here! Thank you for everything and making our stay so great!

Alberto was the perfect host. Was available when needed. Home is very comfortable with modern kitchen and bathroom. Very secure and quiet. Walking distance to all major sites. Book your tours early.

Amazing property, Great Location and a perfect host

We stayed at Prati Di Borgo on our Rome trip and had a great time. Starting from the booking, to our early arrival and check out, Alberto made us feel like family. The property looks better than pictures. It’s modern, clean, inviting, and lots of positive energy. It’s walking distance from the Vatican and good restaurants. Alberto’s recommendations for restaurant were top notch and he even made reservations for us. In summary, we felt at home, comfortable and had a great time and will definitely return for a longer stay in Rome. Thank you Alberto!!!!

Amazing Host

Alberto was so helpful and nice. Suggested multiple places to eat and suggested an event that we wouldn't have otherwise known about. We got to see the fireworks at Castel Sant'Angelo because he told us about it. He was great.

The absolute best stay in Rome!

This property is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and easy walking distance to some of the top spots in Rome (the Vatican, St Peters Basilica and Castillo St Angelo) are within 10 minutes walking distance. All of that is wonderful but what makes this property the BEST is the owner, Alberto. Such a kind, attentive and caring host! He stayed in constant communication to be sure we arrived okay, that we were comfortable in our stay and provided fantastic dining recommendations. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful, beautifully friendly, accommodating host!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. Alberto is a truly wonderful host. He meets you at the apartment to show you around, to discuss recommendations, tell you about that neighborhood and to be of any assistance possible. He is a very kind and thorough person. The apartment is beautiful and very well taken care of. So clean, updated and nicely decorated. The air conditioning is wonderful after a hot hot hot day of exploring Rome. Alberto went the extra mile and took us to the roof top of the building for nice views of Rome and even dropped us at the train station on our last day. We appreciated that more than he knows. 10 minute walk to Vatican City and about a 45 minute walk to the Colosseum. I highly recommend staying at Alberto's place for your trip to Rome!!

Comfortable and relaxing home base in Rome

Communications from both the host and the building's doorman/"super" were terrific and included good suggestions for transferring to the property from the airport, restaurant recommendations, and in all other respects. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh with nice furnishings and was pretty quiet. The location is close to both Castello St. Angelo and the Vatican Museum and St. Peters Cathedral. A Metro station is within an easy walk. There are an abundance of restaurants and several groceries nearby. We would be pleased to have the opportunity to stay again on a future visit to Rome.

Great location, comfortable and lovely place

The whole experience was wonderful and we just wished we could have stayed longer.! Alberto was very accommodating and helpful. He will communicate with you by WhatsApp to get your time of arrival, so watch for that. I had the App but forgot to check it. I think he had to wait for us for a little bit, and I felt bad. But, of course, he did not mention it. He is a jewel! The whole building is gorgeous and in a very convenient area. He can help you get a taxi anytime you want it. The two times we got taxis without using him, we paid more than we should have. I would stay there any time I could.

The area around the apartment was safe. That’s were many restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself is well appointed and comfortable. Alberto is a great host. Family trip to Rome

This was definitely the best VRBO that we stayed in. It was clean, good air conditioning, safe area, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Above all, the host Alberto, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and made several great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that is traveling to Rome!

The best in every way.....

My wife, daughter (13), and I stayed 10 nights in Prati de Borgo in May/June 2025. The apartment was perfect for us in every way. It is modern, clean, and has everything needed for a short or long stay. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works perfectly. Alberto, the owner, is very kind, helpful and accommodating (he even provides laundry detergent and dishwasher soap!). The location is a short walk to the Vatican, a Metro stop, and many stores and restaurants. Alberto is the best host you will experience. His communication prior to our arrival was spot on, he met us at checkin, and helped us with our bags at checkout. During our stay Alberto checked in via text a number of times to make sure things were going smoothly, as well as performing cleaning/refresh during our 10 days.We will certainly stay at Prati de Borgo again and can't thank Alberto enough for making sure we had a lovely holiday in Rome.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location!

The apartment is exactly as advertised and simply marvelous! In fact, the pictures actually do not do it justice. If you are considering booking just do it! You will not be disappointed. The apartment has been lovingly restored with all modern amenities while still keeping its historical Roman charm. The location is perfect to visit all of the best attractions in Rome while at same time being in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. Hi ceilings, beautiful artwork, a wonderful, rustic but modern kitchen and bathroom are highlights. The marble floors and beautiful chandeliers and super comfy beds made our stay perfect. While the apartment is fabulous what really made our stay so enjoyable was our host, Alberto! He went out of his way to make our visit incredible. His recommendations for restaurants were all wonderful! I cannot say enough about how great this place and host is. Probably the best VRBO stay we have ever had. If we are ever in Rome again I we will definitely try to stay again. Thanks again Alberto for everything!

Excellent lodging

We stayed eight nights in this great apartment. The location is excellent: quiet street just minutes from St. Peter’s and a 10-minute walk to Piazza Navona. Lots of restaurants nearby.Highly recommend for a family with two kids willing to share a double bed. Alberto is a wonderful host.One added bonus: Apartment is very near a bus stop for an airport shuttle. Much better than taking train.
