My name is Brian Goodfriend. I own a health insurance agency in Port Charlotte. When I purchased this condo I removed everything down to the cement walls. So the entire unit is essentially brand new. The building inspector said it was one on the nicest units he has seen.

Why they chose this property

The island is stunning and manicured from one end to the other. The restaurants are amazing, the sunsets are incredible. It is like fairytale living.

What makes this property unique

Living room, Dining room , Kitchen and 2 bedrooms ALL view the Gulf of Mexico. The sunset is spectacular from the balcony. The remodel is probably one of the best on the island.
