About this property

Take a Peek at a fabulous unit.

This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. Communication with owner is top notch! Condo is beautiful, sparkling clean, gorgeous views, easy access to so many cities. Beach is amazing…tons of chairs, beach toys, space(even on a “busy” Saturday). You absolutely can’t go wrong renting this condo!

Very relaxing, accommodations were great. Everyone was friendly, it was a great area as there was plenty to do, or you could just chill on the private beach - no crowds. Great food. Plan on going back!

Perfect Stay

This is an exceptional property, exactly as advertised. Fantastic location, beautiful ocean sunset view, and well-decorated. The unit was spotless and the check in/ out process could not have been easier. The owner, Jim, is very responsive and provides the most thorough unit instructions and guide to the at I have ever seen. Priceless view!

We had a wonderful week in this quiet, pristine condo overlooking the gulf. Our very favorite, part of the vacation was sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves, while reading a good juicy book.

Beautiful place

If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind look no further than Longboat Key. Unit 202 was as advertised, beach view was beautiful and best sunsets you will ever see. Jim made the process seamless and only a text away if you have any issues which we did not. Recommend 10/10. Go enjoy!!
