Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole. • Outdoor Pools are closed • Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed • Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed. • Parking garage is closed – parking is across the street and is 1st come 1st served. • Beach access from the north access road.

Our Condo : Large Oceanfront 1 bedroom perfect for your family to enjoy a great stay on the beach. Ocean views from the Balcony – Living Room and Kitchen. Open floorplan for a casual family atmosphere. Separate Bedroom with 2 queen beds.

2 Chairs and a Table, perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.
Living room::
Plenty of seating with Sleeper Sofa, Recliner and Large Flat Screen TV with Cable – LARGE picture window with gorgeous ocean views
Kitchen:
• Plates – bowls – silverware – glassware and serving bowls
• Pots and pans - cooking utensils
• Cooktop – 2 Burner – convection oven and microwave oven and full sized refrigerator
Bedroom:
2 Queen Beds with a dress and large flat screen TV. Short walk down the hall is another 4-drawer dresser.
Bathroom:
Shower – sink and private powder room.
Closets: Hangers, vacuum, broom, mop and any beach equipment other guests have left behind. We don’t supply beach equipment.

Directions to this condo: This condo is located at the south end of the building in the 5 story section of Daytona Beach Resort. From the lobby – take the elevator bank past the front desk to the 2nd floor – exit towards the parking lot and turn left out set of glass doors, follow hallway around corner.
