Two-storey terraced house with over 140m2, featuring a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a spacious living room with dining area. The sofa bed will accommodate 2 additional people. Direct access to the terrace with a barbecue area. Upstairs are the bedrooms (2 with double beds), both with air conditioning and one with a balcony.

Fully equipped bathroom. Capacity for 6 people. The villa also has a toilet on the ground floor and private parking. Smart TV, WIFI, espresso machine are some of the amenities of this fantastic property.



Guests will have exclusive access to the villa and common areas of the condominium where the swimming pool is located. Free parking in the condominium and in front of the property.

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me to better coordinate your arrival time. Our "Meeting point" will always be on the property.



We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are from 4:00 PM, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:



• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 pounds | After 10 pm: 45 pounds.

• Registrations before 4 pm and subject to availability: 25 pounds

• Departures after 10 am and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 pounds - until 6 pm: 50 pounds



Rental services:

• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay

• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay.



Services that are not included may have an additional cost between 30 and 150 euros such as:

• Door opening (forgotten or lost keys)

• Additional deliveries of towels or other products

• Equipment repair (due to negligence)

• All other services not mentioned in the information



A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days by bank transfer after a thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.



Note: "To ensure the best experience and safety of everyone, the pool will be temporarily closed for necessary maintenance work.
