The Master suite has a master bathroom with a Spa like feel complete with a large soaker tub. The guest bath has a large walk in shower. A second shower is outback for enjoying your mornings in the greater outdoors and morning sunshine. Find your happy place for coffee on the patio or by the bay window in the kitchen. With tile floors throughout this home it is a stress free, perfect fit for kids and adult alike. The garage will accommodate 1 parked vehicle, and the driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles, boats and 1 ONLY bike trailer. The trailer must fit onto the driveway. Space available is 30'. Trailer and trailer tongue must fit onto the 30' driveway. It not be parked in the street or on the grass.

This perfect place to come home to after a long day out. Enjoy a meal, play board games or just relax and watch the 60” TV provided in the living room, or cook out and relax on the deck while the kids play is the kiddy pool.
