Cala Viola Trilo 1.5Km From The Sea, Orosei, Italy

The Cala Viola Residence is located in the village of Sos Alinos, about 12 km from the town of Orosei, just 1.2 km from the marvelous beach of Cala Liberotto, one of the most beautiful and famous in the Gulf of Orosei.

The residence has a shared outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage area and equipped solarium, a play area dedicated to children surrounded by greenery. Nearby there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, emergency medical services, hairdressers, newsagents, ice cream parlors and a public bus stop just 100 meters away.

The apartments, furnished in typical Sardinian style, can be either on the ground floor or on the first floor or on the second floor and have an external area (patio or balcony) equipped with table and chairs. Inside they consist of a living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed or a bunk bed in the living room, a double bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: included. Kitchenette by the guest or charge of €60,00

2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on the spot, in cash, in force in the Municipality of Orosei. The amount may vary depending on the period.

3) DEPOSIT: €150.00 refundable at the end of the stay, after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception hours, the security deposit will be returned by bank transfer with costs to be paid by the customer (approximately € 5.00).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.


OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE REPORTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:

1) BEACH TOWEL (rental): € 2.50 per towel per day. Deposit: €20.00 (per beach towel)

2) REORDER: cleaning and rearrangement with change of bed linen, towels and courtesy set at a cost of €50.00. The cost does not include the cleaning of the kitchen.

3) LINEN: €20.00 complete with double bed. (Sheets + face, body and bidet towel); €10.00 complete single (Sheets + face, body and bidet towel); €8.00 set of towels (face, body and bidet towels); €8.00 set of double sheets; €6.00 single sheet set

4) COT (for children 0/2.99 years) ON REQUEST: € 5.00 per night, to be paid locally, free if brought by the customer.

5) TRANSFER: Olbia airport or port € 130.00 one way (1-3 pax). Olbia airport or port € 180.00 one way (4-8 pax). Golfo Aranci port supplement € 30.00 each way. Night service supplement (from 22:00 to 06:00) +30%.

6) ANIMALS: Small pets (max 10 kg) are allowed only in the apartments (no common areas), 30.00 € for extra cleaning.
