The apartment is within walking distance of the Westfield Shopping Mall as well as the many bars and restaurants in the area. Nearby busses, Shepherd’s Bush (Central&overground line) & Olympia stations provide quick and easy access to city attractions and hot spots.
The space
This modern yet cosy 1-bedroom flat with a fully equipped kitchen, situated in London’s trendy Holland Park/Kensington/Olympia border, is the perfect home away from home during your stay in London ! It has a king size bed in the bedroom and double bed( Futon sofa with lux comfy mattress) in the sitting room.
There is also extra single bed available to add to the bedroom for the extra child or a
young teenager. And all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay.

The Design Museum, Holland Park with beautiful gardens and free open air gym located in it, Holland Park Summer Opera House, Notting Hill, Portobello Market, Kensington High Street, Olympia Exhibition Centre, Westfield London Shopping Centre and green spaces of Holland Park and Kensington Gardens are all within walking distance from the flat.

Whole Foods Market, Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre, Albert Hall, Notting Hill, Hammersmith are all reached by short bus ride, with busses stopping nearby.
And both, Shepherd’s Bush station/ central line /red and Kensington Olympia Station overground line (orange and district line green ) are located a few minutes walk away and provide quick and easy access to rest of the city and it’s many attractions.

Please not there are 2 sets of stairs in the building to reach the flat.
Guest access
You will be living alone in the apartment and have access to a fully equipped kitchen, laundry washer/drier, iron, TV, bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer and loads of storage. Also, 2 separate working desks provided.
Other things to note
Check in is usually after 3pm and check out time is usually before 11am. If you would like to arrive or leave at different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.


Please note that you will be charged £120 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
If you are travelling in a group of 4, there is double sofa in sitting room that is a proper bed once opened ( Futon), so please specify if you wish bed prepared in advance. Linen and towels are always provided.

If you are travelling in a group of 5 there is spare single bed to be added to the master bedroom. It can accommodate a child or young adult.

Extra bed will not be made up on your arrival unless specified in advance.

No shoes or eating in the bedroom please.
