**Heated Communal Pool**
This townhouse is a beautiful and fully equipped house situated in the village of Santa Rosalia within a 10 minute drive from the beach of Los Alcazares. This house is light and comfortable with a beautiful panoramic view. The house is south facing and has a very nice roof terrace. It is perfect for families and there is a heated community pool available all year round. Perfect for lazy and relaxing days in the Spanish sun.
The accommodation has: a garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, heated communal swimming pool, parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English etc.)
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.
*Please note there is a refundable security deposit required prior to check in*
