Fifteen of us stayed for a special birthday celebration weekend.

Fifteen of us stayed for a special birthday celebration weekend. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was spotless. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach and there is a corner shop close by. We had a fabulous weekend and would highly recommend Kilburn house

Had a fabulous time at Kilburn house for my 50th birthday.

Had a fabulous time at Kilburn house for my 50th birthday. The outside was a little unkempt and disappointing. This however, was the only downside and everything else was great. Such a good time had by myself and all my guest's. And hot tub was amazing.

The house is big and has lots of parking and ensuite bedrooms.

The house is big and has lots of parking and ensuite bedrooms. The house is warm and the hot tub is lovely and looked new. The bathrooms, bedrooms and lounges were all clean. The bar area was a good addition and we loved the drinks fridges.The decor is a bit tired though and areas like the kitchen could do with a deep clean and some of the equipment being repaired or maintained e.g. the dishwasher worked but clearly needs the filters all cleaned and the ice machine needed a decent clean as it had stale water in it.So the house has many good points but isn’t luxury.
