Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet, Grab Rail. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed back garden with garden furniture. Sea fishing on-site (at cost, licence required). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. A fantastic seaside location, just a short walk to a wonderful, sandy beach. This single-level property has been newly refurbished throughout during 2022/23 to offer spacious, bright, and light sociable open plan living accommodation. To the rear is an enclosed garden perfect for relaxing, eating al-fresco and relaxing under the huge Norfolk sky. The living room boasts a wood burner, perfect for cosy nights in on those cooler evenings. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and large dining table perfect for dining at home. For those wishing to dine out, there are plenty of local eateries and take out restaurants nearby.

This wonderful seaside location, perfect for enjoying the wide sandy beach. Explore the coast with its lovely sandy beaches, and the town and villages along the coast. Excellent walking routes are available from your doorstep, and for those who enjoy cycling there are lots of great routes and trails. The seaside town of Great Yarmouth, 7 miles away, has a 15-mile stretch of glorious sandy beach with a pier. There are lots of activities including a choice of bowling, donkey rides, a fairground for both adults and small children, crazy golf, model village, sports leisure centre with swimming pool and Sea Life Centre.

Thrill seekers are also sure to enjoy a day out at Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park at Lowestoft. For a change of pace, visit Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens and take the tiger walk across the treetops. Caister Castle features a classic car museum, or a day at the races gives you the option of both horse and dog racing. The city of Norwich, voted one of the top five cities to visit in the UK, has a Norman castle and numerous museums, galleries, and theatres. Plenty of local activities great for children. BeWILDerwood at Horning, Roar Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, and Banham Zoo are award winning parks. You are also close to the Norfolk Broads National Park, where you can drift along these famous waterways. So much to do and see, you are sure to wish you had stayed much longer. Beach 700 yards.

Everything we needed for a peaceful weekaway with a lively but easily anxious dog. Theproperty was cheerful, clean and welcoming,with useful touches to make life easier suchas the outdoor pooch and boot shower andthe extra blankets for throwing over thesofas. There's space to park on the propertyand it is fully fenced front and back for peaceof mind where dogs or kids are involved. Itwas extra nice to have some grass in theback garden for laying out in the sun,especially enjoyed by the dog plus a goodselection of tables and chairs dotted frontand back for the people. The owners werevery friendly and available whilst also beingrespectful and non-intrusive, just what weneeded.The beach (sand and pebble) is on the doorstep, but the access down is steep and canbe slippery with sand in places. It waspopular but not overly crowded. We saw theoccasional seal go past, lots of birds and jellyfish.We relied on facilities within walking distance;There's a delicious bakery, a well-stockedcorner shop and takeaways (some deliveriesfrom further out). The bungalow is on theedge of a holiday chalet park and there wasa nice ambience of people happily potteringabout but it dlidn't feel crowded or noisy while we were there.We had the perfect balance of busy andrelaxed, and before leaving we bookedsneaky return visit using the remainder of ourannual leave for later in the year. There's still plenty to explore further afield. Really looking forward to that!
