This spacious apartment is located in the cozy village Brixen im Thale, in Tyrol, Austria, with a balcony for you to enjoy the serene view of the surroundings. You have access to 3 large bedrooms which can accommodate 10 people. The ski bus makes a stop almost right in front of your door. In the direct vicinity of the house are plenty of restaurants and shops located at a distance of 300 m.

Through the spacious hallway with a wardrobe, you have access to three large bedrooms and three bathrooms with rain showers, sinks, and a toilet. Along the entire backside you can find a spacious, sunny balcony with a sitting area and a stunning view across the Choralp. There are two parking spaces, one at the front of the house and one at the back. There is also a possibility to use a charging point for electric cars for a fee.Waste must be separated. Free WiFi services are available.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
