Arriving at this villa felt like stepping into a postcard. The views were amazing, and we spent many evenings by the pool. The property is clean and has lots of room for everyone. Exploring Roquebrun was fun, especially with its medieval charm. We left feeling relaxed and satisfied, ready to come back again someday.

We hebben 2 fijne weken gehad in dit vakantiehuis in Roquebrun. We hebben alleen gebruik gemaakt van het vakantiehuis en het bijgebouw niet gebruikt. Het huis was netjes, goed onderhouden en volledig uitgerust — echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De slaapkamers zijn comfortabel, de badkamers schoon, en het zwembad was een enorme luxe tijdens onze vakantie van 35+ graden. De airco was dan ook absoluut welkom en werkte uitstekend. De omgeving is prachtig: groene heuvels, de rivier de L’Orb dichtbij, en binnen 10 minuten lopen sta je bij de bakker, kleine supermarkt en een paar restaurantjes. Een grotere supermarkt is op ong. 20 min met de auto. Het strandje aan de rivier is ook goed te doen, ong. 15 minuten lopen met kinderen. Wel is het goed om te weten dat er in de tuin weinig privacy is. Daarnaast sprong de hond van de buren regelmatig tegen het hek en blafte wanneer onze hond buiten liep. Dat was soms wat onrustig. Ondanks dat punt hebben we genoten van het huis, het zwembad en de fantastische omgeving. Bijv. Narbonne, Beziers en strand Valras-Plage allemaal binnen een uur met de auto.

Zwembad is proper en wordt onderhouden. Gesloten grondstuk ideaal voor onze honden. Eigenares is behulpzaam en stuurt praktische inlichtingen op voorhand door. Zeer goed gelegen (Roquebrun) en dichtbij het water (l’Orb) waar onze honden verkoeling hebben. Aanrader 👍👍
