The home features a lovely private terrace for enjoying your barbecue meals and a private swimming pool for taking a refreshing dip. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is in the garden, separate from the main house, and the residence can accommodate up to 6 people.

The property is near the centre of Canal du Midi (1 km) where you can find several cosy restaurants. The seaside beach in the southern coastal town of Narbonne is 45 km away and is easily accessible by car. You can also plan a day picnic by the Lac de Jouarres lake 2 km away.

There is an outdoor kitchen where you can show off your culinary skills or light a barbecue on the terrace. Kids can enjoy the swings while you relax in the well-furnished garden along with drinks from the bar.
