Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave 3 keys, 1 garage and 1 gate remotes in the kitchen and 1 garage remote in the key box when you leave
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late check out charge is 100 euros.
Pool heating charge is 25 euros per day/ 150 euros per week.
Minimum age requirement for our guests (group of friends) is 24 years old. For the families there are no age limits.

We had a great holiday at this lovely villa. It is very well appointed, spacious and spotlessly clean, and is in a great location for easy walking access to bars, shops beaches etc. An all round 10 out of 10.

We had a fabulous time in Tenerife!! The villa was amazing and perfect for our family holiday. It was in a brilliant location, so close to many shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. The villa itself had everything you could possibly need and the welcome treats were a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and tidy and check in was extremely easy. Elena was a fabulous host, very quick to respond and so helpful in the lead up to our travel. We really would recommend this Villa, and will definitely visit again in the future. Thank you Elena xx

Lovely villla, great location

Lovely villa situated close to shops, restaurants and beach. We went as a family group (although children are all adults), and there was something for everyone. Host was helpful and communication was good.

Nice house for a big family vacation. Spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The outdoor areas are great with option for sun all day. Close to the beach and shopping. The host was really nice and easy to get in contact with. All in all a great experience.

Great villa for a group

This place was great for a bunch of us over for a wedding. Tons of space, lots of different areas to hang out in. Great for multiple couples or a family with children etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals, bathrooms were clean and spacious. Nice pool area to chill out. Right next to supermarkets and shops. We enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing stay, we stayed as a family of 9. Age range from 11 to 75 years. Location of the villa perfect - we love this area.Villa was beautiful and spacious especially for a large group. Spotless and clean Outside setting gorgeous - sun all day. Host Elena was great, I had to message her a few times. Response was so quick and helpful. Highly recommend- we are looking to rebook again

Amazing stay

Stay was honestly out of this world! Villa location was great for its size, the amenities at Villa was also great. Communication with host throughout was 5 stars and we really didn’t have any problems apart from a small issue with confusion of one of the keys being miss placed. Villa was spotless rooms great sizes. Pool area superb. I would love to come back and visit again. Thank you for having us all :)

Family holiday

We were a family of 8 fro grandparents to grandchildren. The home was ideally situated for everything you need, shopping, beach, restaurants. The home was very comfortable. Clean and well equipped with everything required for the duration of our stay. Such a lovely place to stay. Elena is a very responsive host. We look forward to booking for next year.

Ideal villa for a family stay!

We really had a nice confortable stay at the Elena’s beautiful villa. We were 2 families with 5 teenagers but we all comfortably settled in. The location is very good and have easy access to the beaches,shops and restaurants. The black sandy beach nearby was our favorite. Elena was always very nice and helpful. And we took the option of the private chef for a few days and her coming was gorgeous. Thank you very much to Elena and we highly recommend her villa for a family or group stay!

Amazing hoilday. Beautiful villa and location

The villa is beautiful and is just as listed. Catered for our every need. The villa owner was so lovely and helpful. The location is central to the beach, shops and market which was great for us having 5 children between 4 months and age 6. The transfer from the airport is only about 15-20 minutes. I would definitely highly recommend staying here and I would book again. A big thank you to the villa owner for renting this wonderful villa to us and making our summer holiday a great one to remember 😊

Perfect Family Villa

We had an amazing time at the Villa! The location was perfect, and the outdoor area exceeded our expectations - it was superb and we had a lovely time there in the sun. Everything was exactly as described, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were always responsive and helpful. Our group ranged from 0 to 70 years old, and the Villa truly accommodated everyone perfectly. The only minor downside is that the Villa is on three levels (which is also a plus) but it made carrying suitcases and a baby stroller a bit of a hassle. We will hopefully visit the Villa again, I highly recommend it!

Family getaway

We all couldn’t believe how amazing the villa was, it was even better than the photos. Elena made the process very easy and she was always just a message away if we needed anything. Her responses were always quick and polite. The villa had everything that we needed and it was in an amazing location with shops and restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. Me and my family had a fantastic week at Elena's Villa. The villa is exact;y as per the photo's in the advertisement. Communication with Elena was very easy and she was on hand to greet us, give an over-view of the villa as well as offer restaurant recommendations. The villa is beautiful with good outdoor facilities including heated pool, multiple sun loungers and BBQ. It is situated within walking distance to both the Del Duque and Fanabe area's so there is a large selection of restaurants and bars to chose from.nearby. We had a great week and would certainly recommend!.

Well equipped, comfortable and well placed for all the local attractions.

We were a large family with ages ranging from early 70's to active 7 and 4 year-olds, plus teenagers and two cars. The villa absorbed us all well, the kitchen is well equipped, the living room spacious, the pool well maintained and popular, the teenagers loved the privacy of the basement bedrooms and ping pong table and the older couple relished the peace and quiet afforded by the top floor suite and open air seating area. Elenor was most helpful and accommodating when we arrived and on leaving. We have no hesitation in recommending the villa for an enjoyable family Tenerife holiday.
