Regarding cleanliness and supplies, we did not receive any requests during your stay for additional cleaning, linen changes, extra towels, or kitchen supplies. Had there been better communication, we would have gladly provided anything you needed immediately. For your reservation of four guests, eight towels were provided, which exceeds the usual standard. Regarding the layout, the bedrooms are indeed located within the apartment; access is through the internal terrace, as shown in the photos and description of the listing. Regarding parking, as indicated on the platform, we do not have private parking, and street parking is managed by third parties, which is common in the historic Casco Viejo area. We have noted your comments regarding maintenance and furnishings to continue improving, as our goal is to provide a comfortable and transparent experience.
