About this property

About this space
This multi family home comes with 4,000m2 of privacy. Its a luminous, spacious, quiet hide-away for your well-deserved holidays. It has a heated pool which ensures you can enjoy the pool also after colder spells.
It comes with all all amenities and luxurious fittings, like gas powered and fully equipped kitchen, electrical microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toast master, soda-stream, American Fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.
For the colder season there is floor heating, an open fireplace and smart TV screen for your own streaming applications.
The space
There are four bedrooms of which two have their own bathroom with a shower and the other share a bathroom with a bath and shower. All beds are new and of high quality. The open space has a dining table for 12 people, a large open kitchen with a wide oven and american fride. There is a fire place with a large sofa and a TV. Connected to the kitchen, there is a storage room with a washer, drier and additional small fridge.

In addition to normal supplies you will find in the house: a baby dining chair, two child dining chairs (Tripp Trapp) and one baby cod.

Your rental includes everything we would typically use during our own stay. So we do hope you take care of it as if it were your own. You will find around the house:
- A large trampoline
- Around 5 body boards
- Two inflatable standup paddle boards (bring your roof rack/bars!)
- Two football goals
- beach toys for the little ones
- 5 bicycles (if you are a keen cyclist we highly recommend you bring your own)
- a ping pong table
- A skelter for kids with trailer

Excellent séjour

Maison très agréable, très bien placée, proche des plages, des lacs et des randonnées. La piscine a été très appréciée et le jardin parfait pour nos compagnons à quatre pattes. L’accueil a été sympathique, la maison a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances et nous reviendrons certainement.

We are a Dutch family with 5 children and two dogs living in the Netherlands. We have been coming to Lacanau for decades and love this place for its nature and the endless things to do for an active vacation.

Why they chose this property

The house has been fitted with the idea that a holiday home needs to have the same level of comfort as we have at home. So it has a huge modern fitted kitchen with a large American fridge, ice maker and a big dining table for our family and guests. The garden is very large and provides ample space for this children (and pets) to enjoy themselves or to have some peace around the house whilst the kids enjoy the heated pool.

What makes this property unique

If you enjoy your privacy, lots of space and lots of activities at a stone through of your home, this is the place for you. Entertain your guests with a fully fitted kitchen and a big terrace with gas-bbq to support the easy cooking upto sophisticated dining.
