Our charming, detached and well appointed private villa is nestled on elevated spot of picturesque bay , Bobovisca on the Sea, island Brac- Croatia. Located quiet within walking distance to the small, romantic village in the foot of the bay, and the beach .This is also a good point to explore lovely places , restaurants , shops as well as other natural and historical beauties on attractive Brac island, so the car is recommended.

Villa Anna is perfectly positioned and has lovely panoramic views all around the magnificent bay. Facing south-west you can watch the most beautiful sunsets.
Guests staying at our villa will be able to relax in peaceful surroundings and with wonderful feeling of privacy.

The irresistible piece of our property is beautiful private ,heated swimming pool (13 x 5,5 m) , overlooking the sea and the small, romantic village in the foot of the bay. And yet 50 m below, the steps lead to the sea where you can swim from the jetty or rent and anchor a boat to explore the beautiful bays all around and enjoy sea sports.
The villa is surrounded by a huge 3000 m2 , splendid cultivated , terraced garden, where natural green shade will take care of the heat while you can take a break....from everything!
Villa Anna is ideal for families or couples travelling together who want secluded villa with character located in a quiet , private location.
An outside barbecues on the covered terrace and near the pool are the perfect spot for alfresco dining.

The whole villa is composing of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, living room comfortably and luxury decorated . Open gallery upside offers reading or working undisturbed , and open plan kitchen with dinning table to enjoy dining together . Large windows and glass doors provide a splendid view to the sea and beautiful, blossoming garden. From inside you can easily reach the large outside covered terraces and patio , where you can use barbecue and dine around stone round table, or make a conversation at outside lounge.

The villa is very comfortable , and capable for max 6 persons of one family or friends, that want to have their own separate place for sleeping and maybe having breakfast , as is divided in two parts. The smaller part also has a kitchenette ( breakfast )and a small living with its own terrace in front. Of course being there in a greater luxury part makes a whole group enjoying their holidays all together.
All around the villa there are a numerous places , open terraces, and green lawn where to enjoy on the comfortable armchairs.

A private parking is secured inside the property, where your car is placed in the shadow of open garage.

The garden and the pool are discreetly nurtured by the owners who stay in a separate house on the property.
Being small and run by family is advantage in offering personal attention and atmosphere that will help you to spend unforgettable holidays.

A wonderful location

A magical location overlooking the bay, Villa Anna was a perfect property for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Great pool and gardens with a lovely outside covered space. Tanja was a wonderful host and very attentive.

Best villa holiday ever

Tanja is such a kind, welcoming, helpful host. Villa occupies the best possible position giving views across to parts of Bobavisca Bay. Having our teenagers in their own little apartment was great. Being able to use the pool with its magnificent views across the bay AND walk down to the sea for a swim/paddle board/snorkel was just brilliant. Loved it!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Der Kontakt zu Tanja funktionierte reibungslos. Bereits im Vorfeld hat uns Tanja bei einem Sonderwunsch unterstützt und hat uns geholfen, einen Basketballkorb für den Urlaub zu organisieren und an das Ferienhaus liefern zu lassen. Tanja hat uns auf der Zufahrtsstraße erwartet und uns die letzten Meter geleitet. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind traumhaft schön. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Der kurze Weg zum Meer lohnt sich - 100 Stufen und es lässt sich dort gleich wunderbar schwimmen. Wir hatten für einige Tage ein Boot gemietet und durften die Anlegestelle von Tanja benutzen. Tanja bestückt die Liegen am Pool mit Auflagen und Handtücher - ein Service wie im Hotel. Direkt auf der anderen Seite der Bucht gibt es eine nette Beachbar mit Cocktails, die einem kleinen Boot - oder notfalls auch mit einem SUP ideal erreichbar ist. In fussläufiger Entfernung ist das kleine Fischerdörfchen erreichbar. Ein kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden versorgt mit allem Nötigsten zum Frühstücken (frisches Brot, Croissantes, Donuts, frisches Obst, Müsli usw.). 2 kleine Restaurants sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Man kann also auf das Auto gut verzichten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Tanja und ihren Mann für den wunderbaren Urlaub.

Unglaublich aber wahr !

Noch nie hatten wir ein schöneres Objekt gemietet in einer vergleichbaren preislichen Kategorie. Es geht nicht besser. Die Vermieterin Antica war immer anwesend (sie bewohnt ein anderes Objekt auf dem selben Grundstück) und doch unsichtbar. Sehr hilfsbereit in allen Situationen und sehr sympatisch. Idyllic

We spent a lovely relaxing week with family in this idyllic spot on wonderful Brac. We were comfortable and had everything we needed inside, but the real star of the show was the absolutely stunning view and beautiful terraced gardens. Outside is truly unique - amazing views from every corner, lovely plants and flowers and a glorious and super well maintained pool. We were very warmly and kindly welcomed by the hosts. An absolute gem of a place and our week was over too quickly.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit perfekter Lage

Wir verbrachten zwei tolle Wochen im Sommer 2021. Als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern bot uns das Haus mehr als genug Platz. Alles ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist großzügig angelegt, sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Erholung für die Sinne. Der Pool mit 13m Länge ist riesig und direkt über dem Meeresarm gelegen: ein Traumplatz. Der direkte Meerzugang (über ca. 100 Stufen) ist ein weiteres Highlight des Ferienhauses. Wer gerne grillt, dem stehen 2 Outdoor Küchen zur Verfügung. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In Summe ein super Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hier stimmt einfach alles!

Vielen Dank den tollen Gastgebern Antica und Tanja! Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern (12 und 9 Jahre) und haben hier wunderbare Urlaubstage verbracht. Geschaut hatten wir nach einer Unterkunft nah am Meer mit Pool und Garten und kurzen Wegen zum nächsten Restaurant und zum Bäcker. Genau das haben wir bekommen. Wir haben noch nie zuvor eine traumhaftere Aussicht genossen als hier - man blickt gleich au 2 tolle Buchen und kann tolle Sonnenuntergänge bewundern. Das Haus selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet: Kein Luxus, aber mit 3 Schlafräumen, 2 Bädern einem sehr schönen Wohnbereich und einer voll funktionsfähigen Küche. Dazu gibt es eine tolle große, schattige Terrasse und viele weitere wunderschöne Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Traumhaft ist der Pool, ebenfalls mit toller Aussicht und vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und überwältigend. Tanja unsere Gastgeberin hat uns schon vorher kontaktiert und mit allen Infos versorgt. Bei der Anreise hat sie uns persönlich alles gezeigt und wir waren begeistert von dem schon teilweise gefüllten Kühlschrank und den anderen "Gaben" wie Obst, Wein usw. Immer wenn wir sie brachten war sie da - eine bessere Gastgeberin können wir uns nicht vorstellen. Über ca. 100 Stufen gelangt man runter zum Meer und hier gibt es gleich eine tolle Bademöglichkeit, die wir täglich genutzt haben. Die Bucht eignet sich auch toll zum Paddeln! Genossen haben wir die beiden Restaurants, die über einen romantischen, kurzen Weg am Meer entlang zu erreichen sind. Beide sehr zu empfehlen. Also: Tolle Unterkunft auf toller Insel mit supertollen Gastgebern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

What an amazing place!

I can't rate this property more highly. In every aspect it is stunning. The view from the seating area in front of the property is breathtaking - you could spend your whole holiday looking at the view and watching the boats come in and out of the bay. Everything is so carefully thought through by the owners, they really have made this a special place to stay. The pool is fabulous, big, deep and plenty of comfy sunbeds and towels available. There is also a superb restaurant 5 minute walk away which is such a bonus. We would recommend this villa without any hesitation - we cant wait to return!

Heaven on Earth

We are a group of friends who meet and holiday each year in a villa. Villa Gabriella is without a doubt the most beautiful villa we have stayed at. The gardens are beautiful, the view spectacular and the house is very comfortable and well equipped. Antica is delightful. She was very helpful, charming and not intrusive. The only difficult aspect is that the villa is so delightful it’s hard to leave to do any sight seeing! We will definitely be back.

Perfect villa with everything you could want

Great location such a short walk to the sea and good positioning on top of the hill for the best views. Multiple outdoor seating areas so you are spoiled for choice. Villa was equipped with everything we needed like towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, coals for BBQ etc which was a nice touch. Nice to go along the coast to Milna and Sultivan for a greater choice of eating places. Lovely, helpful hosts, very attentive and gave advice on where to go. Tanja really went the extra mile (quite literally) by driving to meet us at the ferry port after we had left and she realised I'd left some dresses in the wardrobe!

Absolutely incredible villa, area and hosts

Where to start with this amazing place? The villa itself is great - the best equipped place we have ever stayed (more kitchen appliances than we have at home!) and lovely and spacious. There are also so many lovely areas to sit outside - from shaded hammocks, to sun loungers by the pool to two covered BBQ areas. The pool is very large and has an amazing view overlooking the bay beneath where yachts pull up daily. The local area is lovely - a 5 minute walk down to the bay where there is a lovely restaurant, small shop and cafe.There are also multiple beautiful spots for swimming within walking distance or a short drive. Would highly recommend a car as we had several lovely trips to Milna, where there is a larger harbour with lots of different restaurants and some lovely cocktail bars with over 50 different cocktails! Milna is only a 5-10 minute drive away. The pizzeria in Milna is lovely (very reasonably priced and a large range - not just pizza!) And the best thing about this property? The hosts. Tanja could not have been more accommodating - when we arrived there was lots of fresh fruit left for us, juice and water in the fridge, and we were lucky enough for her to share the produce of her beautiful garden with us (home grown lettuce and courgettes). Tanja went above and beyond any expectations to ensure that we had all we needed and hardly needed to lift a finger! Her beautiful garden attracts lots of butterflies and was truly magical. Thank you Tanja for such an amazingly relaxing week.

Great Holiday!

For my wife’s 60th birthday we wanted to have a holiday with our two daughters and our sons in law together with our 18 month old grandson. We spent a long time searching for the right place and Villa Anna seemed ideal. We were not disappointed! It’s the perfect place for two or 3 families to enjoy a holiday together without falling over each other. The terraced gardens are lovely, spreading out in all directions from the villa itself, with shady seating areas dotted around. The views the villa are wonderful. The sea, which is about 2 minutes away down a fairly steep stepped path, pretty much wraps around: there’s a creek on either side and the main bay out to sea is in the middle. Sitting on the veranda for evening drinks we watched the sun set over the bay most evenings. The villa itself is not a modern / high-tech building – rather it’s an authentic Croatian villa which Tanja and Mladen have made into a very special place to stay. My wife said “I’m in paradise”.

beautiful,peaceful villa with stunning views

we arrived to a thunderstorm! only to be welcomed looked after by our warm and charming hosts. The villa is as lovely as it looks on the website, with terrific separate areas to enjoy and relax in. the pool is a great size and again with super views over the bay and you can walk down to a small village for coffee, and there's also a great little restaurant. There are steps down to the sea for an early morning dip. Its only 15 mins drive to supertar and about an hour to bol. I would definitely recommend the villa and would love to go back

'A little piece of Heaven'

If you are looking for peace and tranquility plus beautiful views and surroundings then this is the villa for you, in fact it is difficult to find the words to do this property justice. On arrival we were struck by the beauty of the well maintained terraced gardens with their views over the sea and the inlet to the fishing village of Bobovisca below. The villa, set in the midst of it's beautiful gardens with veranda looking out to sea, is spacious, well equipped and very tastefully furnished. The friendly owners; Tanya and Mladin are inconspiculously on hand if needed. The good sized pool is truly stunning set as it is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea in one direction and the village of Bobovisca in the other. Within a ten minute walk you can be in the pretty village below where you will find the restaurant 'Konoba Dalmatino' which is well worth a visit and where you will be sure to find a warm welcome. This is a perfect location for exploring the rest of the island although we found that we could not wait to get back to the pool to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We have stayed in Many villas over the years but this is truly one of the best and we look forward to making a return visit very soon.

STUNNING VILLA WITH POOL AND PANORAMIC SEAVIEWS

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this villa really is. We were a family of 8 staying for one week and from the moment we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the property set within peaceful private and well maintained gardens. The villa is very spacious and beautifully designed, offering style and comfort. There are lots of different levels to this property adding to the beauty and the panoramic views of the picturesque fishing village are breathtaking. The sunsets are pretty amazing too. The villa is catered to the highest standards and the owners Tanya and Mladin were brilliant and on hand when needed .. offering fresh vegetable from the garden and local wine. The fishing village within walking distance from the villa is like something from a postcard and there is a lovely restaurant called 'Dalmatinos' , well worth a trip too. The villa is in a perfect location for exploring the island, although after a few hours out we couldn't wait to get back to the villa to relax and enjoy all the surroundings of the villa and the pool. We have travelled and rented lots of places all over the world and this is truly a perfect place to relax and we had a brilliant holiday. Will hope to return one day.

My childhood was magical on this beautiful island and this special small picturesque village at the sea . Every day spent with my grandparents on school holidays , swimming and walking around with friends was a reward to me. Finishing my education as a chemical engineer I came back on the island with a great desire to have something on my own.
When I inherited this wonderful peace of land I immediately imagined this property with a house , a future holidays there and even living here once I am retired.
Now, realization of my dreams make enjoying this amazing property not only me and my family but also my guests .

If you came here to enjoy in this special place , where you could have enough privacy with your family or friends, where you can spend your holidays swimming in a clear see or fantastic pool, to walk around this beautiful garden , eat some sweet fruits from it, to have dinner at the barbecue, or rent a boat exploring nice bays all around, or to linger through this interesting island visiting its numerous nice places , or just to take a book and lay down in the shadow of pine trees looking to the sunset, than this is a right property for you.
