Nestled in the charming Town of Prominence, just across from The Big Chill, this prime location sits between Watersound and Alys Beach, offering convenience and access to everything you desire.

Indulge in the relaxed ambiance of this new, spacious two-level beach house, where vacation memories come to life with family and friends. As you step inside, the worries melt away, and relaxation takes over. The main level features a dream kitchen, a generous dining area with ample seating, and a luxurious living space. Additionally, a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a half bath, are located on this floor.

On the second floor, you'll find a serene sanctuary for recharging and unwinding. The three beautifully designed bedrooms provide luxurious comfort. The pristine master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private spa-like bathroom, ensuring a rejuvenating experience. Prominence Beach Access Points:
Beach Access to the West:
1. Deer Lake State Park: Located 0.5 miles away, Deer Lake is the closest and most popular beach access to Prominence. A small parking area is available (approximately $3 for parking), and bathrooms are provided. The walk from the parking area to the beach is slightly longer than other accesses. Please note that alcohol is not allowed at this state park, and beach service is unavailable.
2. Walton Dunes: Situated about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail, Walton Dunes is a Walton County beach access offering parking and a short distance to the beach.
3. Santa Clara: Found near Bramble Grove Road, Santa Clara access is approximately 3.5 miles west of Prominence. It provides parking facilities and bathrooms.

Beach Access to the East:
1. Gulf Lakes: Gulf Lakes access, located about 0.5 miles east of Prominence, is a small Walton County beach access without parking. It's perfect for a scenic bike ride to the beach.
2. Sea Breeze: Just beyond the Gulf Lakes access, Sea Breeze is another Walton County beach access. Parking and bathrooms are not available, but there is a shower.

Great Location with all the ammenities!

The house is fully stocked with everything you need! The ac temp was wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. This location is right as you pull into the community on first street on the right, so it was very convenient. Supplying the bikes and the golf cart was an added perk! We would most definitely book here again!

Wonderful birthday trip!

My husband and I decided to book a condo to celebrate my 30th birthday. Everything was great! Condo was clean and offered many amenities (golf cart, bikes, chairs for the beach) It was the perfect location and we could walk to the Big Chill. Pool was nice too! We have stayed at this property before and will continue to come back. Highly reccomend!

Loved the location and amenities. The place was great. Very nice inside and included everything that was needed. Beach is a little ways away but with the golf cart and bikes it was not an issue what so ever. Loved the pool and having The Hub right across the street. My only small issue was the master bedroom bed but I have found the beds to be issues in my VRBOs.

Beautiful unit! Great location!

Beautiful, comfortable unit in a great location right across for the Big Chill with lots of food options and shopping. We utilized the Deer Lake state park for beach access. Very close with easy parking and great bathroom and shower accommodations. About a 5 min very easy and quite pretty walk to the beach on a raised boardwalk. Be sure to bring along a wagon and if you are have small children, strollers. Number of visitors here is limited so it never gets real crowded, but often fills up before noon.

Complete Bomb. Won’t be Back

Beautiful Condo. Great location. Terrible Service. Everything broke from handles falling off doors, to stair railing falling off, to bikes not functioning, to a broken gift cart-> to fixed -> being stranded when it broke again. Very poorly stocked… basically no toiletries, not sufficient amount of dishwasher and laundry pods, no beach/pool towels. Management went dark and strolled responding to requests mid stay.

Our staff members responded promptly to the maintenance items that this guest mentioned; even responding after-hours. Some of this guest’s emails were late at night, and the guest always received a timely response no matter how big or small their issue. We are surprised to see this guest gave their experience only one star, as it shows the guest tried to extend their stay an additional day, but the home was already booked. For future renters: The minor maintenance items have been fixed and we outline very clearly when a guest books with us that we provide “starter amenities”; the size of which are not to be assumed to last an entire stay… only to get your started. TipSea Kitty review

The TipSea Kitty unfortunately fell short of our expectations. The location is perfect, the house was in a great area and was very nice from the outside. However, during our stay we encountered multiple problems that weren't life-changing, but had a negative effect on our experience. We had multiple door handles fall off while simply grabbing the handle, the stair railing came off during use, the linens in two of the bed rooms had very disturbing stains and the towel bar in the bathroom was also defected. Again, this did not impact our overall experience too much, but for the price we paid to stay, this was all very disappointing as we expected better

Beautiful property - excellent location!

This property is located steps from the pool and very close to The Hub. Decor is lovely, the space is comfortable, and you have everything you need. We rented a golf cart, but really wished we hadn't because we didn't need it. The house provided 4 bikes, which was all we needed. One bike had a flat tire and wouldn't hold air, but the other bikes were perfect. We are a family of 4 and we loved it and would stay there again. TipSea Kitty is an awesome place! One thing that people need to be aware of is proximity to the beach - it's not like you can just take a walk and spend the day at the beach because Prominence does not have a beach access. The closest is the Deer Park public entrance (1/2 mile) , which is a perfect little bike ride away. We enjoyed going over to watch the sun set, but didn't spend time at the beach due to no access with complex/community.

Poor

Due to Covid and that the state of Florida banned those from Washington or Benton County in Arkansas assess to staying at any rentals in Florida due to the numbers of positive covid we were unable to make it to the beach this year. I was unhappy that Costal would not refund me my money back, even half of it would have been nice. Totally understand the insurance policy but even with that most likely we wouldn't be getting back anyway. Just feel with the situation we are in at this time rules are able to be bent - I didn't make the decision the state of Florida did.

Your Comments The place is as described and the decor is beachy and beautiful. We were traveling for two 40th birthdays and reuniting as a group of five women- so the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms were perfect for us. The location is great, golf cart a wonderful asset. We tried to take a bike at one point but the tire was flat. Not a big deal but it would have been nice for the bikes to be ready to go. A few other small but, I believe, helpful thoughts. With a drip coffee maker, it would be nice to provide coffee filters or mention explicitly that they will be needed with groceries. There was a towel bar in the upstairs bathroom that wasn’t anchored to the wall and wasn’t useful in hanging bathing suits, towels, etc. And for a beach/pool/vacation house- more hooks in general for drying various items would make a huge difference. We were very pleased overall and would love to return to the Prominence complex and Santa Rosa beach in the future. thank you!

Perfect Stay for our Family

The tips Kitty was the perfect stay for my crew of two adults and four kids. ****Currently, there were about 8 beach chairs, a foam cooler, pool noodles, sand toys, an umbrella, and more!**** The location: is walking/biking/cart trip to the Big Chill. And right in the middle from Rosemary to Grayton. Close to coffee, doughnuts and many different types of food offerings. The pool: is designed well to where even though it can be crowded, it seems like you have your own little corner. It is also very close to the house! The house was just perfect. We didn't have any issues with anything. I had read past reviews where visitors needed things like hangers or carpet cleanings. I want to note that everything I had read about had been fixed/replaced/filled/cleaned. So the owners are obviously responsive to anything people have mentioned in a review. The house was clean, plenty of hangers in every room. Plenty of linens and pillows. Bikes were a little rusty but worked all very well. The Golf cart was clean and worked great. Fun to ride around in. There is a hose in the garage that made getting home from the beach easy to clean off our feet and beach gear. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you need to cook any meal. It had a ninja blender too. It has a traditional coffee pot that worked great. The beaches: They give plenty of great advice for the beaches you can go to. Our family prefers a smaller crowd and opportunities to see the wildlife at the state parks and be beachcombers. So, we preferred the 20 min drives to Grayton State Park or Inlet 3rd entrance. Both have wash-off stations and bathrooms. Totally worth it! Thanks for offering up the Tipsea Kitty! We had a great time!

Beautiful home with great decorating. Close to everything. Our stay was rainy so it was nice having this awesome place to return to. The pool is kept up very well and the golf cart is a great bonus. We had a small issue with the dryer, but they promptly came out to repair it. It’s not in the listing, but there are beach chairs to use in the garage, if we would have known we wouldn’t have brought ours from Nebraska. I highly recommend this place.

property is clean. Across from The Hub. 4.5m from Seaside. Townhouse doesn't have cable TV. They stream TV so we couldn't watch network television. Very stingy with soap, lotion, paper towels, washing machine soap etc. Golf cart was definately a plus. However, we couldn't use the bikes bc the code to the bike lock didn't work. Mgmt. was supposed to reach out to the owner and circle back to me but they never did.

Wonderful stay - great accommodations!

Reservations and payment were easy-peasy online. We had not received our door code the morning of arrival, so I emailed and called to check. The nicest lady told us that they give them after the 10am checkout time of the previous guest. Sure enough - there it was! The door and garage codes worked great. However, there were LOTS of bikes in the garage, and the locks for them were ABCD locks, so the numerical lock code I was given would only work for 2 of the bikes, as it was a short lock. We took the golf cart out instead - filled it up with gas, as it had 1/2 tank on arrival. The lamp on the right nightstand in the room with 30A on the wall was broken and the remote for the TV in that room had no batteries. We borrowed the batteries out of the remote downstairs to make that work. The carpets have definitely seen better days - quite a few stains, and the floor was not vacuumed when we arrived, as there were still "tracks/imprints" in the carpet where previous guests had set up their luggage/laundry baskets. The master shower has a little mold in the tile gout in the base. There were zero hangers for our clothes in the master closet - so we borrowed hangers from another closet bedroom - and there were only like 4 to borrow (total). There are LOTS of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys in the garage. Wish I'd known - I would not have brought those things. The hose in the garage was WONDERFUL to keep the sand out of the house and clean the golf cart. Very quiet, pleasant area - ZERO noise - every neighbor was super respectful. Someone even came and took the trashcans out of the garage to the curb for us. There was a lady working the pool who was reinforcing rules pretty closely. If you leave your chair for 30 minutes or longer, they will move your things and give the chairs to someone else. I also saw a couple of people get told to move their drinks out of the pool area -so you might be mindful of that. We LOVED Macho Taco - ate their three times and Jack & Diane's Snow cones. Nectar makes a great latte. We also loved Mr. Freeze's ice cream. If you're going to Bramble Beach - leave early or you will not find a parking spot! We also liked the Walton Dunes Beach - EASY access and no lengthy boardwalk to carry all or your stuff down. It does not have a hose to wash off at upon exit. Deer Lake has a long walk, very pretty, but they also have flies that bite on that beach (or, at least they did when we were there.) We have stayed at another unit in the Prominence area and it was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend Coastal Dreamin' to friends!

Better Than Average

Lovely place to stay and easy access to beach however multiple times the golf cart died and at one point had to push it off the road. So that was disappointing. Also the shower curtain rods just collapsed while my daughter in law was bathing our granddaughter, so that was scary. Otherwise we had a nice time.

Great place and Location!

We had a Great stay!!! This is our 2ndtime to 30A and today here in The Prominence!! Location was a Plus as well! Only cons is no coffee filter, golfcart had hard time starting bc was dead empty, and low quantity of towels! Otherwise! THX

Great place and we loved the golf cart. The only negative feedback we have is there there was one trashcan in the home and none in any bathrooms. We had a great time and loved the place.

Stressful to delightful

I paid the $25 to enter the property at 1 o’clock rather than 4 PM on Thanksgiving day. The code for the front door did not work. We were able to access the home by using the garage door code. Once we entered the property we realized that it had not been cleaned. I called the management company and spoke to the answering service and we were disconnected. I called again and spoke with someone who had the property manager contact me. She stated that she would get someone over right away. We drove around for a while and then decided to see if the cleaning crew was there but no one had come. I ended up calling the answering service 2 more times. It was stressful talking with an answering service rather than the property manager. Finally the cleaning crew should up. They explained that there was an issue with the app and they did not get the message. Apparently, another family had just booked before us and they did not get the message. They apologized profusely and did a wonderful job cleaning the home. We were finally able to enter the home at a little after 4 pm. We had 2 hours to unpack and get ready for our Thanksgiving dinner reservation. It was such a stressful time. The front door code and pool code did not work. The WiFi code that was given in the email was not correct. The cleaning crew emailed us the correct password. Other than what I mentioned we had a wonderful time😊
