Fabulous villa in fabulous location.

The villa is absolutely lovely, located in an orange grove yet just a mile walk into the town of Silves. The villa had everything we could have wanted, and the pool and outside areas were delightful. The views from the terrace were stunning. The host was really helpful and friendly, meeting us at the property on arrival and departure.

Great holiday in Silves

It is a great house for 6 people. The pool and outside area is really nice. We really enjoyed the quiet mornings getting coffee and enjoing the view to Silves Castle. The kids loved the we could use the pool all day. Noone else is close enough to worry about the noise. Its about a 20 min drive to the nearest beach. Silves is in a great position to explore Algarve.The house owners are kind and helpfull. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

Great spot

A great place to stay surrounded by orange groves which were in flower and provided delicious oranges for our breakfast. Very easy to walk into Silves with many good places to eat. Easy to get to the coast and we ventured further inland. Great communication with the host. Lovely sitting out on the terrace by the pool looking at the cows and donkeys and watching the storks flying around and on their nests. Such friendly people.

This was a return visit for us, 3 weeks this time and we were not disappointed .As our previous stay the property was clean, well equipped, and a few very positive changes.Communication was excellent & Cristina was always contactable, responded quickly and was as always extremely helpful.There has been a considerable improvement to the kitchen & the pool area.The kitchen has had an upgrade with much more storage which was a great improvement. The pool are has been refurbished with the addition of a gazebo area overlooking the orange groves. This became one of our favourite places to sit in the afternoon & evening.We have stayed in many properties over the years and rarely do return stays, this property is one of the best we have stayed in based location, surroundings & excellent hosts & accommodation.Again we didn’t want to leave.Thankyou Eduardo, Cristina & Nelly for making our holiday as wonderful as could be.

We have a great holiday in the villa. Positives Communication with owners through booking and during our stay was great. Villa has three bedroom 2 with large beds and en-suite and also a twin room. Further house bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and large living room. Best thing was the outside seating and lounging area and a pool which owner heated during our stay to the temperature of a bath - superb Quiet in middle of owners orchard with secure electric gates Negatives Only slight negative was occasional smoke from commercial bakery but not his was only for a short time on a couple of days. It did not spoil our holiday. Overall Large villa fantastic pool and we would stay again either as 2 couples or with our kids and grandkids

Mooie locatie, dicht bij Silves en met uitzicht op het kasteel en de sinaasappelbomen. Groot huis, met meerdere mooie slaapkamers. Keuken ontbraken wat dingen of werkten niet. Maar een goede week gehad hier.

Für Menschen mit gehobeneren Ansprüchen nicht zu empfehlen

Die Bilder, die für dieses Haus zu sehen sind, müssen schon einige Jahre alt sein. Als wir das Haus betreten haben, war alles dunkel, so dass wir nicht gleich alles sehen konnten. Nach der ersten Nacht, sprich am ersten Morgen, sind uns dann alle Unterschiede zu den bei Fewo-Direkt hinterlegten Bildern aufgefallen. Alles ist sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer umfassenden Renovierung. Oberflächlich war es sauber, doch wir haben auch genauer geschaut. Wir haben Bilder gemacht, leider können wir diese hier nicht einstellen, ansonsten würde man die Unterschiede sofort erkennen. Unser Fazit: Wir sind direkt nach der ersten Nacht in eine deutlich bessere Anlage umgezogen. Geld haben wir nicht zurückgefordert, um eine neutrale Bewertung schreiben zu können. Was uns sehr verwundert, sind die hervorragenden Bewertungen hier!

Foi com grande surpresa que vimos esta apreciação. Todos os nossos hóspedes consideram a casa muito agradável e a envolvente fantástica pela calma e pela paisagem. Temos um conjunto de hospedes que regressam todos os anos para puder desfrutar do que se oferece e marcam logo a saída da casa para o ano seguinte. As fotografias que estão no site são do ano passado. Todos os anos fazemos melhorias tanto no exterior como no interior. Este ano vamos alterar a cozinha. Não percebemos a causa da referência da casa ser escura; será pela mobilia ? Com efeito nada se assemelha a mobiliário IKEA sendo mobília mais clássica mas ouso dizer com muito bom gosto (o chamado estilo ingles). Os hóspedes saíram mais cedo sem dar razões e o que pensamos era ter havido um contratempo.

Lovely Property Great location

What a great property, the pictures dont do it justice! We spent a fantastic 2 weeks based here and wouldnt hesitate to reccomend it. Our Hosts Eduardo & Christina were extremely kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure we had evertyhing we needed. The location is ideal, aprox 1KM walk to the nearest supermarket & the begining of the town, a great Piri Piri chicken place across the main road & lots of good bars and restaurants in the main town. Due to the rising cost of hire cars this year we decided not to bother. This didnt stop us from several day trips to the coast. We used Sunline taxi transfer from the airport and Ubers. We did try the local bus service but this need some planning (with the help of the tourist info office) but with four of us Ubers were definately the most convenient & cost effective way to travel. If you are more energetic, myself and my husband hired a couple of bicycles for a week from Bikesul who also hire electric bicycles and have a bike delivery service. We spent many hours by the pool & on the terrace & dining pation relaxing and watching the sun go down over Silves Castle which dominates the skyline. This and the varied birdlife will be my enduring memory of this wonderful holiday. Thankyou for a wonderful relaxing break, just what we all needed. Highly reccomended!

Top Lage - genialer Pool

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne top Lage. Perfekt auch die Nähe zu der Stadt Silves mit sehr guten Lokalen. Pool war perfekt. Betten gut. Machmal riecht man den Bäckereikamin und ein Generator lief ab und zu . Störte uns jetzt nicht weiter, da wir auch viel an den Stränden in der Umgebung waren. Klasse waren auch die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern & Türen für die Dämmerung & Nacht. Schlüsselübergaben haben super geklappt und die Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und wir bekamen sogar ein Kostprobe ihrer tollen Orangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Silves. We were very impressed with the property.

We had an excellent 2 weeks in the property. The property was exactly as described , spotlessly clean and in a great location. It was a 15 minute walk from the property to the centre of Silves with a large number of restaurants to choose from. I would have no hesitation staying here again and the hosts Eduardo was excellent.

um paraiso na terra

We stayed in this beautiful house for one month and absolutely enjoyed it. It is located near to Silves, surrounded by Orange trees. THe house is totally equipped, even with wifi tv.
