Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We visited The Yellow House for one week in September and had a wonderful time. The apartment offers everything you need on a daily basis and it was also very clean. The communication with Aldo was always very helpful and friendly. We came with two children (age 6 and age 11 months) and the apartment as well as the neighborhood were perfect for them, too. There is a beautiful playground surrounded by pine trees (so always shady) directly acaross the street. There are several supermarkets nearby (~15 minutes by car) and last but not least we went to many beautiful beaches! Also perfect for children due to flat long banks. La struttura è conforme alla descrizione, accogliente e completa di tutto il necessario per una vacanza estiva, posizione ottimale per visitare le spiagge più belle da Chia a Teulada. Il proprietario (Aldo) si è dimostrato sempre disponibile ed affidabile, interessandosi anche alle nostre più piccole necessità e richieste.

Très belles vacances !

Nous avons passé une semaine de très belles vacances dans la maison jaune à Pinus Village. Aldo nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, pour nous montrer la maison, nous donner toutes les informations pratiques et les beaux endroits à visiter dans les environs. La maison est très propre, bien équipée et très bien située à proximité d'une jolie plage de sable très agréable. Merci à Aldo pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette location, en espérant y revenir une prochaine fois.

Sehr erholsam im schönen "yellow house"

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohneinheit, alles war da was man brauchte und in sehr guten Zustand. Große Außenterasse an der Hausvorderseite sowie Garten an der Hinterseite lädt zum Verweilen ein, ein Grill war auch vorhanden. Für kräftigere Menschen ist die Dusche allerdings sehr klein, dies hat uns aber nicht gestört, es gab ja auch eine Außendusche ;-) . Leider waren das Schlafzimmer sehr hellhörig als im Nachbarhaus Gäste eingzogen sind. Für Kinder wurde vom freundlichen Vermieter Aldo Strandspielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt, zudem ist ein schöner Kinderspielplatz nur 25m entfernt. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang von maximal 5 Minuten ist man am nahe gelegenen Strand oder man fährt ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu den herrlichen Strände in der Umgebung. Der sehr freundiche Vermieter Aldo stand mit Rat und Tat jedezeit zur Verfügung und hatte auch Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeitrn, schönen Stränden, etc. bereit. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Aldo für den freundlichen Empfang und die guten Tipps!

We apologize for the noise in the Sunday (the day after arrival) because there was an Italian fest in Pinus Village. We hope to guest again this precious and polite persons. They left the house perfectly clean and without damages.

AGREABLE SEJOUR !

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. La maison est conforme à la description et était très propre à notre arrivée. Proche d'une jolie petite plage et en face d'une aire de jeux pour les familles ayant des enfants en bas âge. En avril le Pinus Village est très calme et tranquille. Merci à Aldo, qui nous attendait à notre arrivée et nous a donné des renseignements sur les plus belles plages du coin, visites à faire et adresses de restaurants. Hôte très gentil et sympathique. Nous espérons revenir !

Fantastic family vacation close to the sea

Our family with two small kids had the fantastic vacation in Yellow House. The apartaments are situated in a small village, surounded by green pine trees and the montains. Just right next to the apartments - playgroud, where our kids spent a lot of time. From the apartaments - just few minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Pinus Village, few kilometres away - long sandy beaches of Chia and unforgetable views from breathtaking mountain road, heading along the sea . Just don't forget to rent a car to see all the beauty around. Special thanx to the very friendly and helpful host Aldo, who met us in the apartaments in the middle of the night and was ready to help us every minute if it was needed! We had the unforgettable vacation and definitely will be back!

Una settimana nel comfort in un posto meraviglioso

Siamo stati ospiti nell'appartamento blu per una settimana. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il sig. Aldo che con cordialità, simpatia e disponibilità ci ha immediatamente messi a nostro agio. L' appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli ed estremamente funzionale oltre che esteticamente bello, proprio come in foto. La posizione è ottima, veramente a pochi passi dal mare e a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge della Sardegna del sud. Siamo stati benissimo, e speriamo di ritornarci al più presto! Casa spaziosa e ben tenuta con una bella veranda

Il posto è a misura di famiglia. Il mare è a 2 passi e il proprietario è la persona più disponibile che io abbia mai trovato nella mia vita di viaggiatrice. Non potevo trovare di meglio. Grazie Aldo!

VACANZA PERFETTA

L’appartamento si trova in una zona verde, molto tranquilla e curata, situato proprio di fronte ad un piccolo parco giochi. Si arriva al mare a piedi in pochi minuti, camminando all’ombra. La spiaggia di sabbia fine e che degrada lentamente la rende perfetta per i bambini. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal proprietario, persona davvero cordiale, disponibile e solare. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, dandoci tutte le informazioni possibili su dove andare a mangiare e sulle spiagge più belle dei dintorni, consigli preziosi che abbiamo seguito e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa rispecchia esattamente la descrizione. Ha un piccolo giardino antistante con doccia esterna sia calda che fredda, riparata con un muretto ed un portico dove poter mangiare nella più assoluta tranquillità. Arredata in maniera semplice e funzionale, pulita, molto curata e ben fornita di accessori per la cucina, esattamente come nelle foto. Aria condizionata in camera da letto ed in soggiorno, lavatrice, piccolo lavatoio esterno e barbecue. Abbiamo potuto usufruire dell’ombrellone e di giochi da spiaggia per bambini (secchiello, palette…), molto utile per chi arriva in aereo. Avendo una bambina piccola abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di avere anche la sbarra per il lettino e il proprietario ce l’ha subito procurata. In conclusione è stato tutto PERFETTO

FANTASTICO

Casa ben curata e pulita, perfetta per i bambini con giardinetto e parco giochi a 5 metri. Spiaggia del Pinus a 2 minuti a piedi molto bella e tutte le altre spiagge di Chia sono al max a 10 minuti di macchina. La differenza l'ha fatta anche il proprietario Aldo estremamente disponibile, simpatico con consigli su ristoranti, luoghi da visitare e spiagge. Torneremo con le nostre figlie al 100%

casa gialla nel cuore

Secondo anno di fila che veniamo in questa casetta tutta gialla, e secondo anno in cui troviamo pulizia, comfort ed una spiaggia meravigliosa a due passi. A condimento c'è la disponibilità e cortesia di Aldo, che ormai consideriamo nostro amico. Nessun dubbio, questo posto è magico e ci torneremo assolutamente!!!

Yellow House - great place for our family!

Yellow House - great place for our family! We spent great time in Yellow House apartament. The apartament is clean and good equipped. We found there everything what we needed to spend our holiday. The Owner is very nice man, who has a lot of knowledge about this area of Sardinia. To the sea is about 150m - ther is a very nice beach. Near the apartament is the playground, where our children could play. This apartament is the place in the forest, in the mountain near the sea - three things which we love.

Happy in the yellow house

The yellow house was perfect for our family : 2 adults and 2 young girls (10 and7). Near the beach (5'walking), in front of games for childreen, and near from the wonderful beaches of this coast (15' minutes driving). At the beginning of May it was great : nobody on the road and beaches, sun, more than 25°C, and the sea was around 20°C... Aldo is very friendly and fair. a very high recommandation

Bellissimo soggiorno al Pinus Village!

Abbiamo trovato la casa in perfetto stato, pulitissima, ben arredata e dotata di tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto sembra come nuovo, comodissimi i letti e i cuscini. Condizionatori caldo/freddo perfettamente funzionanti sia nel soggiorno/cucina che nella camera matrimoniale (l'appartamento rimane comunque fresco anche nelle giornate molto calde). Utilissima la doccia esterna con acqua calda. Il parco giochi si trova proprio di fronte alla casa ed é utilissimo per intrattenere i bambini nelle ore calde e alla sera. La spiaggia del Pinus è molto bella e pulita, ideale per famiglie. Se si vuole prendere la macchina le spettacolari spiagge di Chia distano solo 5-10 minuti. Ringraziamo di cuore Aldo per la sua accoglienza e disponibilità. Arrivederci a presto!

Un sogno

Trovare una casa così a 100 metri da una spiaggia meravigliosa, un proprietario così gentile e disponibile, l'aria condizionata e tutte le attrezzature nuove, potrebbe sembrare un sogno, invece è la realtà. Aggiungiamo un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo... Il top! Arrivederci all'anno prossimo...

Accoglienza con la "A" maiuscola

L'appartamento, corrispondente alla descrizione inserita nel sito, è piccolo ma ben curato e attrezzato. L'abbiamo trovato pulito e in ordine. Il residence è ombreggiato e tranquillo. La spiaggia vicina è piccola,ma molto bella. Inoltre si è comodi per raggiungere spiagge fantastiche come Chia e Teulada. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è il valore aggiunto di questa sistemazione. Il proprietario è sempre disponibile senza essere invadente, se hai bisogno chiami e lui c'è.

Appartamento pulito, fresco, silenzioso e accogliente! Ben equipaggiato,tutto come da descrizione. Apprezzati i teli doccia e mare forniti. Veranda esterna dove mangiare al fresco della pineta ottima. Doccia calda esterna comodissima. Situato a pochi metri da un bel parco giochi. A 150 m una bella spiaggia con bar ristorante pizzeria. Appartamento a pochi minuti d'auto dalle splendide spiagge di Chia e dintorni. I proprietari Aldo e Veronica sono due persone gentili e disponibili, grazie della vostra accoglienza! Vacanza da ripetere!

Nous avons passé un super...

Nous avons passé un super séjour en Sardaigne et Aldo y est pour beaucoup. En plus de fournir un logement conforme au descriptif et avec tout le confort (on était comme à la maison), il a su être d'un conseil très précieux pour les visites, les restaurants... bref un hôte comme on aimerait en voir beaucoup! PS: la plage près du logement est splendide!
