Charming family house near the beach
this family home for 50 years has been regularly improved to ensure maximum comfort in a very cozy setting. The decor is that of a very comfortable charming house that we offer for rental;
Very close to the beach, the port, the wild coast and its coves, near La Baule, its location allows you to choose the setting and the activity that will suit you best.
The very sporty environment, the proximity to the sailing center allows practically all activities, sailing of course, golf (3 courses), diving, horse riding on La Baule beach, fishing, shore fishing (Pouliguen beach at low tide is an extraordinary playground for children), 2 clubs are dedicated to them on Pouliguen beach.
I could speak at length, so this region is rich and that it has retained all its charm between the modernity and the dynamism of La Baule, the traditional charm of Croisic and its fishing tradition, the amazing ecosystem of the salt marshes of Guerande which has always brought this mild and sunny microclimate to our region.
