We had a lovely stay. Perfect for 3-4 people getting together for a long weekend. Loved the amount of communal space, using back deck, 2 dining areas and the living room. Bathrooms were well appointed and very clean. Nice touches with available coffee, tea, and milk/almond milk available on arrival. Our only slight critique would be the floors are very noisy and when the upstairs neighbors were walking it was loud in our apartment.

We had a fantastic stay. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and Maia had the thoughtful touch of having breakfast items waiting in the fridge. What an unexpected surprise! Communication was excellent start to finish. The location was perfect for our visit to Loyola University and had plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It’s clear the hosts go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome!

Beautiful property and wonderful host. Short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach.Plenty of room to stretch out with a lovely outdoor space and garage. Fully stocked kitchen with all amenities. Our host was very responsive and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

From the first communication to the last, we felt welcomed and with every travel need taken care of. The location of the flat is ideal. Easy walk to Red Line, Divvy bikes, coffee shops and restaurants. The location is also great for Uber/Lyft rides to the loop because of the LSD expressway that feeds right into the neighborhood. Most important, everything in the flat worked to perfection. The air conditioning, heat, showers, tvs (with every channel and ap for all sports), kitchen - stocked with utensils, spices, oils, etc needed for cooking. The codes for accessing/locking the house and garage were foolproof. We felt safe and secure throughout our entire 3 week stay. The 2 bed / 2 bath configuration was very spacious and comfortable for multiple guests. The beds were new and we slept great. Laundry was easy in new washer/dryer. The family upstairs was gone most of the day and the only annoying sounds were the pitter patter of little feet running above us. But that was seriously our only complaint. We'd book this flat every year in the fall if we could! A truly wonderful experience. Thank you to our incredible host for putting so much time and thought into making our stay comfortable and memorable.

We rented this flat to attend a wedding at Firehouse Chicago just a few blocks away. Our party included two adult couples and our 3 year old grandson.The flat was well appointed with everything we needed. We had room for our grandson to run around, two eating areas, a well equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer available in the basement. The shower in the primary suite was amazing. The unit was clean and comfortable.Onsite parking in the garage was a huge bonus as street parking was very difficult to find.The host was engaged, conscientious, and very helpful in getting items necessary for having a 3 year old. She also brought a train set which he enjoyed very much!We would not hesitate to rent this flat again!

Amazing stay!!

We loved our visit. The beds were so comfy, the host went above and beyond by shopping for lovely food items before our stay, the location was so close to public transport and there was lots of space and parking for our gang. Would definitely stay again!!!

Another fantastic stay at the flat! We love that we feel right at home here. It has everything we need, including a fully stocked kitchen, which really helps with two young kiddos. The beds are so comfortable and both bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. And the best part is you are right in the middle of the action - walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. Plus Maia (the host) is so responsive and attentive without at all being intrusive. We will be back here without hesitation for our next Chicago stay.

Perfect Weekend in Chicago

Short weekend getaway with the family. Beautiful, clean apartment with all of the amenities, garage parking and outdoor space in a great neighborhood. Close to train station with access to restaurants, Wrigley and Downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful

Everything was easy booking, checking in and out and the ease of dealing with a wonderful host! Great location, own garage access and close to everything you could desire as a tourist or regular to the Windy City. We never felt unsafe and the kids also enjoyed the stay. If we go back this is where I would want to stay!
