This villa is and idyllic getaway, as it is in a very quiet neighbourhood, however, it is 5 km away from Estepona, for more lively adventures. The villa has spectacular view, you can even see North Africa in the distance! The pool temperature in the summer is usually around 30C! Estepona is the Costa del Sol resort of the future .Unspoilt with the Old Town, Restaurants, cafes plus the new spectacular Beach walkway (Gardens, flowers and Many Palms that replaces the original Coast road.

I originally grew up in Doncaster UK but only spent first 20 years of my life there. Subsequently went on to study Dentistry at Birmingham University. With this Dental Degree it was the passport to travel.After having practiced one year in UK I moved abroad and had practices in South Africa , Germany, and Switzerland. I retired in 2020 and live at villa when not rented. When villa rented I travel and spend time with family.
Why they chose this property
The Villa is situated in rolling hills approximately 3 to 4 Kms. from the beach. There are 15 plus villas nearby but not all grouped together. Hence it is a very peaceful area where one can 100% relax with spectacular views.
Although extremely peaceful there is the new Laguna Village complex just being finished (Luxury shops, Cafes, swimming pools) on the beach 3/4 kms away. Also there is the beautiful town of Estepona a 10 minute drive away to the South West. Going the other way up the coast one has Porta Banks plus Marbella a 30/40 minute drive away.
