Modern decorated townhouse with frontline golf views over the 6th hole. The top terrace has table and chairs , mid terrace has modern sofas and loungers and bottom terrace has dining set and sofas. Close to town centre and shops in a quiet cul de sac.



The accommodation is equipped with the following: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, hair dryer, balcony, childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French etc.)



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!



The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.



The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.

Lovely stay!

Had a great 10 days. Accommodation was immaculately clean throughout and well equipped. Town house set in a great location overlooking the 6th hole of La torre golf resort. Would definitely recommend. The only issue was the smell from the toilet in the en suite

Lovely accommodation and resort great as always, but the support received from Georgia (Murcia rentals) was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and any issue resolved immediately. Cannot thank them enough and looking forward to our next stay. Ensure all items listed in property are included and fit for purpose.

Lovely townhouse

Lovely townhouse overlooking 6th fairway and green. Felt very secure - manned security entrance to complex. Italian, Chinese, Fish and Chips restaurants onsite - as well as an Irish bar and a sports bar which seemed to be quite busy. Impressed with the golf course- lots of sand and water to avoid! For paddle tennis you’ll need your own equipment. Beaches about 20mins drive - all easily accessible. Will definitely return

Location: one side one of the fairways, other side open park scenery, Quite nice! We understood there would be a barbecue, and there was a modest one, but without any stand or feets. So it had to be placed on the ground and barbecuing happened on 20 cm level. It was very unpleasent . The pink ladys did not understand the problem at all

Hello Aulis. I'm not sure if you wrote this review nefore the end of your stay, but with the owners permission we replaced the BBQ with a brand new one. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and sorry for the inconvenience. We have also undertaken to deal with all issues directly rather than via the keyholders, so ypu can be sure of a more proactive resolution next time.
