The apartment is located on the ground floor (above the mezzanine); there is no lift, but it can be reached by climbing two and a half flights of stairs. There is no air conditioning due to zoning restrictions that are currently being lifted, but the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests; the only shared area is the courtyard below, where you can dispose of trash in the large building-wide trash bins.
