La zona è tranquilla a pochi passi dalla metropolitana Eur Fermi. Adatto a famiglie, ma anche a giovani coppie o a gruppo di amici per un breve soggiornoa a roma. Posto intimo e tranquillo.

Für nicht besonders anspruchsvolle, schlanke Menschen

Die Bilder lassen das Domizil größer wirken als es ist. Ameisen nach 3 Tagen. Toilette bei korpulenten=Vollkontakt mit der Wand. Dusche ebenso, kaum Platz zum Duschen. Waschmaschine +++ Sauber, gute Bus-Anbindung (haben 8 Tage lang das Auto stehen lassen, hatten Wochenticket für U-Bahn und Bus. Preis und Lage 5 Sterne (Stadtbereich und ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Lebensmittelladen und Einkaufsgallerie) Ausstattung 2 Sterne kann sich schnell verbessern.
