This listing is wildly misinforming

It’s obvious the host is trying to avoid multiple listing fees. This property is not two units as advertised and rather one apartment. There is no separate room for the sofa double bed. It’s in the middle of the kitchen. We were initially planning on having every adult have a separate bed but ended up having to make every one share mattresses, which was not what we wanted. The unit was incredibly small and we ended up being charged several hundred euro (outside of VRBO) additional for two friends that just stopped by to visit for less than two hours

Nice stay and great location

A nice stay in all but the description and correctness of how the apartment is and that there can be people sleeping in the living room, couch is not really that correct and should be mentioned better next time for future guests.

The apartment is located at few steps to Rambla Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia in Eixample quarter / City center.
Passeig de Gràcia is part of the 5 km shopping line and is an important road in Barcelona.
Here you will find most of Barcelona's international designer shops such as Chanel, Gucci, Valentino or Hermes. Also along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two of Gaudí's characteristically dreamlike buildings.
Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving café culture.
