Special prices for 2 persons. Ask for the price!!!! Our prices differ from the average nightly price as exposed in this advert. This villa (3 bedrooms, full bathroom + toilet) and it's extra appartment (another 2 bedrooms + extra bathroom) (that can only be rented in conjunction with the villa, not seperately!) are situated in Le Rayol on a sunny hillside overlooking the bay of Le Lavandou and Pramousquier with views over Cap nègre, Cap Bénat, Ile de Bagaud and a part of Ile de Porquerolles. From the pool and the house you can enjoy the beautiful views on green and rocky hillsides, covered with protected cork-oak trees.
There are 4 sandy beaches within 5 minutes! Le Rayol-Canadel has 4 quiet sandy beaches with sufficient parking places, bars, restaurants...and crystal-clear water. The house has recently been renovated, has a fully equipped kitchen and stand in 2,550 m2 of enclosed grounds and has a new private heated pool 8.50 x 4 m.Satellite and free wifi ofcourse. It's quiet!!!! Extra apartment can be rented on demand: small living, dining table, sat-TV. Toilet, new bathroom, big shower. 2 extra bedrooms (12 m2 each, sleeps 3-4),covered terrace 27 m2.
Families with children are welcome to visit our house. Don't bring too many toys with you...we have enough for children between 3 and 12 years old. More pictures? Please contact. Gardens of ' Domaine du Rayol': A must to visit: Jardins du Domaine du Rayol !
These gardens form a sort of natural outdoor exhibition. The 'Conservatoire du Littoral' (Botanical Conservatory), which is now the owner, has put the landscape gardener Gilles Clément in charge of restoring and re-designing the site: 12 acres of flora from Mediterranean climates from all over the world. Mediterranean carob trees, Australian acasias, South African strelitzias, Mexican agaves, Asian bamboo, New Zealand linseed and Chilean palm trees all in a truly magnificent setting. During summer you have the unique opportunity of diving in the adjacent underwater garden!Another must to visit: the islands 'Iles d'Or'. Especially national parc 'Port-Cros' (no cars allowed...),or Porquerolles. Just take the boat in Le Lavandou and experience the beauty of these islands and their underwater flora and fauna. Don't forget to take your mask and snorkel! Thanks to its micro-climate, Le Rayol-Canadel catches the most sun-hours in France!!!

On the beaches of Le Rayol, Canadel and Pramousquier are life-guards in season. Good snorkelling along the rocks. The EC tests rate this cove the cleanest water in this part of the Mediterranean. Warm enough for swimming from May to October. Lavandou, Bormes and Cavalaire have active diving centres with instruction and all gear available. Sailing schools in Lavandou, Cavalaire and Cavalière, with organised lessons for beginners to the experienced with a variety of boats (cats, 470's, 420's .) for hire. In Cavalière also the possibility of water-skiing and para-sailing. Tennis, golf, riding. Lots of tennis courts in Rayol and Cavalière. Golf courses in Le Lavandou (practice) and Valcros/La Londe (18 holes). Riding near La Mole and La Croix Valmer with beautiful tracks in the Maures Forest. Endless hiking tracks start at our front door.

For the children: For the children...Lots of sand and water!!! But also: a beautiful mini-golf (15 min) in an exotic garden, 'Niagara' swimming park (15 min), with 7 water slides, jacuzzi and Turkish bath, tropical bird-zoo (20 min), 'Kiddy-parc' (25 min) small attraction-park, O.K.Coral western-town (60 min) live western shows and fairground for children and lots of things more!!!
Many holiday homes on the French Rivièra are build very close to the noisy D559. Villa Vivace isn't! Traffic cannot be heard up here...just relax!
Note concerning pool heating: the pool is maintained all year through; the pool heater starts working from 18 degrees natural water temperature on.
During low season, the villa can be rented for 3 nights on at only 99 euros/night (4 persons).

Excellent facilities and very well presented

Lovely location, great views from rear patio, dining area over to the sea, great views of the hills from the excellent heated pool. Very quiet area and secluded Villa. Peter and Els are obviously very passionate about their rental, the Villa is clean and spacious and the gardens are well kept, there are many toys and games to keep the children amused. Peter and Els live next door if there are any problems, but are very discreet and leave you to get on and enjoy your holiday. If anything the description does not do the properly justice. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning or many years to come

Dear Robert & Suzanne, Thank you for your kind review, that's very helpfull for us! It's really a reward for us, to learn that you all had a good time in Villa Vivace, that's our goal....for 15 years already..... Yes, toys for children...we know ourselves how important that can be. Just between us: we do have much more on demand (secret toyroom...) but that might be more something for automn/winter lettings as in spring/summer it's mainly the pool ofcourse. While writing this, it's early july...and the pool does not need any heating at the moment. A week ago a swedish family asked us if we could cool it down a bit...which we actually can by the way. You were fine, no, perfect guests for us as well, so please come back anytime! And tell you family/friends about Villa Vivace and please keep also in mind that the off-season month's can be nice as well, mayby not swimming, but how about hiking, biking??? and exploring. Forest-tracks start at the end of our street (with seaviews and views on the Alpes!) and many coastal-tracks (sentiers littoral). Off-season the villa can be rented from 3 nights stay on. Many warm regards from a sunny and warm Rayol, but with a nice refreshing breeze from the sea, Peter and Els

Angenehmer Urlaub in der Villa Vivace

Die Villa enspricht der Beschreibung / den Fotos bzw. den Rezensionen hier auf FeWo-direkt. Wir waren im Oktober 2022 dort. Ein beheizter, überdachter Pool mit Sonnenliegen in Privatsphäre, eine separate Villa mit Blick auf Berge und das Meer. Der Pool verfügt über eine Beleuchtung und kann im Dunkeln genutzt werden. Die Schildkröten haben wir leider nicht gesehen dafür aber einen Gespenstschrecken. Wir hatten einen schönen, ruhigen Urlaub dort, bedanken uns beim Gastgeber und empfehlen diese Villa gerne weiter.

Perfect Family Set Up

As existing VRBO owners - we’re probably even more critical than many when it comes to hospitality. Peter & Els excelled from a smooth booking, check-in and checkout process with strong communication throughout. The property was clean and well equipped (especially for our 9 & 7 year old). The (heated) pool was a lovely size, the kids loved the ping pong table & table football so much, that they didn’t have time to even explore the rest of the garden (trampoline & playhouses). The owners do live onsite (next door) but it’s segregated, keep themselves to themselves and are on hand if you have any questions. We actually found this a benefit. In short, a lovely set up, in a nice hilltop location, short drive to beach, shops and more. Would recommend to others …

Séjour de rêve

Au milieu de notre frais printemps de nordistes, nous avons été plongés pour une semaine en plein été méditerranéen, dans une villa entourée de verdure, au calme. Le gros plus : la piscine praticable par tout temps car chauffée et couverte. Plusieurs terrasses entourant la maison permettent de choisir le lieu du repas en fonction de la météo. L'équipement est complet, que ce soit pour faire la cuisine ou pour s'installer à l'extérieur.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Wir haben in den Herbstferien unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus von Els und Peter verbracht und hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit. Haus, Ausstattung und Blick wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Das Haus mit uneinsehbarem Grundstück bietet Privatsphäre und herrliche Ausblicke auf das Meer und das Hinterland. Es ist toll ausgestattet und bietet Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für die ganze Familie (Tischtennis, kleiner Kickertisch, Trampolin, Spiele ...). Den beheizten Pool haben wir natürlich sehr genossen und konnten ihn ohne zu frösteln genießen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Sandstrände und in Le Lavandou oder Cavallaire sur Mer (ca. 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit) findet man eine größere Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafės und Geschäften. Jede Menge schöne Ausflugsziele und Freizeitangebote sind ebenfalls in kurzer Fahrtzeit zu erreichen. Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs nichts vermisst.

Magnifique

Excellent accueil, propriétaires sympathiques et très discrets. Maison parfaite et alentours très agréables. À cette époque nous n’avons pas pu profiter des aménagements extérieurs notamment de la piscine, mais nous y retournerons certainement plus tard dans la saison.

Fantastic villa

Absolutely fantastic villa with spectacular views and a wonderful heated pool. We visited in the October 1/2 term, the weather was beautiful and made more enjoyable by the heated pool. The villa is beautifully appointed and has everything you would need. We have two children age 6 and 9 and they loved all the toys and play areas available for them. We have been coming to the area for many years and this is the best villa we have stayed in, we would definitely return.

Schönes Haus, in traumhafter Lage und super nette

Sehr schön eingerichtete Villa, mit riesigem Spielzeugangebot für Kinder. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (5) und haben in dem Haus von Els und Peter eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht - Sept 2016 für zwei Wochen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist in zwei "Wohnungen" aufgeteilt. Im Untergeschoss (zusätzlich buchbar) kann eine kleine Familie mit Kind einquartiert werden und im OG 4 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Beider Wohnungen sind mit über den Terrassen miteinander verbunden und darum kommt sich auch nicht in die Quere. Alle Terrasse und der Pool sind mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr gut gesichert und kann komplett verschlossen werden. Der offene Grill wurde von uns viel verwendet und ist, wie alles bei Els und Peter, in einem tadellosen Zustand. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool wird mehrfach in der Woche gereinigt und war darum auch immer sauber. Das Haus hat eine top Lage und wenn es der Verkehr zulässt (im Sept. eigentlich immer), ist man in wenigen Autominuten (laufen ist natürlich auch möglich) an den schönsten Strandbuchten. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und für PKWs sind genügend Stellplätze vorhanden. Highlight für Familien: wie schon erwähnt, ist die Villa mit reichlich Pool und Strandspielzeug ausgestattet. Zusätzlich befinden sich zwei kleine Baumhäuser und ein Trampolin im Garten. Die freilebende Schildkrötenfamilie auf dem Gelände war für unseren Sohn ein tolles Tiererlebnis. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, eine sehr schöne Villa und überaus hilfsbereite Gastgeber - gerne wieder.

Liebe, B,C und L, Vielen Dank! Es freud uns immer zu hören dass es unsere Gäste gut gefallen hat....auch noch nach über15 Jahre vermietung. Es war eine Freude euch hier zu haben. Um keine Missverständnisse zu bekommen: das extra Apartment kann nur von die Haubtmieter dazu genommen werden. Die Schildkrötenfamillie ist jetzt im Winterschlaf......wir aber, haben die Läden wieder so Blau wie es nur geht gemacht....usw, usw.....aber auch das schöne Winterwetter genossen. Zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr, sogar rundum die 20 grad gehabt! Alles gute, hoffentlich sehen wir uns bald wieder. Peter-jan und Els

Tranquil and lovely

The location is just lovely. Placed in a wonderful elevated position with fabulous views. Beautiful terraces to dine and a lovely pool. Although we did not need them, there are lots of things for children to play with. The house is thoughtfully equipped and well laid out. Everything you could need is there, including bags to go shopping with. The owners are kind and attentive but discreet. There if you need them, but otherwise unseen. We loved the place, it was clearly the home of the owners at one time with sweet family pictures on the wall. A lovely atmosphere. 10 mins down the windy Corniche des Pins is a 'Proxi' min market with a smiling proprietor...next door is a small low key restaurant. The beach across the road is delightful. We miss Villa Vivace and thank Peter and Els for a wonderful holiday. Elizabeth, Ben, Claire and Ben.

Clean, spacious, as advertised and well placed.

Very nice house, lovely pool and facilities. Nice and clean with a good selection of pots, pans and crockery. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly with good communication running up to our checking in date. Plenty of beaches within a 5 or 10 minute drive although we did prefer to head to Le Lavandou a little further away. Plenty of room for a family of 5 plus we rented the smaller apartment as well for Grandparents which was also spacious for the two of them. Helpful information in the house about local restaurants and attractions and other things you may want to see or do. We would certainly recommend this to friends and family and would certainly stay again if we came back to the same area. Thanks very much Peter and Els for a lovely holiday. Peaceful Location

The owners, Peter jan and Els are helpful and kind. They were always on hand to resolve any issues which arose and yet were unobtrusive. The main villa is well and thoughtfully equipped with a good range of kitchen requirements for self catering and useful touches like pool towels, beach umbrellas, a cool box, picnic things, bags for shopping, ice trays......the list is endless.. There is a good BBQ area and wonderful terraces, one overlooking the adequately sized pool (well equipped with benches, loungers, toys for the children), and others over looking the truly fantastic view across to Cap Negre.....watching the sun set and the moon rise with the stars in the warm evening is amazing. There are two tables, one under cover near the BBQ. The house is set some 10 mins by car from the nearby beach (Pramousquier) and a small rustic restaurant and 'Proxi' mini market. The walk down to the beach would take 20 - 30 mins and to walk back is impossible unless you were superbly fit, as the roads are winding and steep (but the benefit is the stunning views and seeing the local houses). The bedrooms are quite basic, 'no frills' but with good wardrobe space and fans to keep you cool. There are mosquito nets at the windows to keep insects out at night. Bathroom is well equipped in the main villa with lovely tiling and a large shower. The house is clean and well maintained. Peter is very clear about rules around the pool and generally, but these are nothing more than common sense and courtesy to one's host's home. We were happy to look after the house as the owners wished....it is after all, their home/property. My family and I had a lovely holiday and were sad to leave. I have given the Villa 4 stars rather than 5 mainly because the bedrooms were a little basic for my taste...but they were clean and quite acceptable for holiday purposes. One room has a window which does not open and which made it quite uncomfortable to stay in. It is also not suitable for an adult and is best described as children's room (toys and kind touches of games/dolls are provided). Overall, a lovely villa with kind owners and a fantastic calm ambience. There is good parking and a very steep drive!! We do have to re-comment however your comment on the children's room: the 3rd bedroom is presented in our adverts being a "childrens-room", which however has a normal sized (0.90x2.00M) single bed. So there should not have been a misunderstanding about that. The window of the childrens room can be opened and has a fly net just like all other bedroomwindows. For safety reasons, that window can be locked with a key (that you had), to avoid that children can climb out. A shame that you didn't ask.....costs us a star....sniff..... Paradise: Simply perfect!

We have just got got back from a truly amazing week at Villa Vivace with our two young daughters (7 & 5). I really couldn't recommend the villa, the area, the climate and the views highly enough - just the perfect package and well worth the money. The villa itself is situated in a beautiful location high in the wooded hills above stunning blue seas and has outstanding views from the rear terrace over the sea. The property is finished to a very high standard and was impeccably clean. Plenty of space for the 4 of us - so much so that we were able to pick 3 different tables outside to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in a different place each time! Everything is provided that you could need - the cool box and parasol for the beach a great touch as well as things like the step to the sink in the bathroom for the little ones and the very well stocked toy room. The pool is a really good size and was even nice and warm in the evening when the sun was starting to go down. The views from the pool are also stunning. The girls also loved the wooded, shady play area including the tree-houses, trampoline and sand-put which kept them amused for hours. All of this is set in completely secure and private surroundings meaning they could play and we could relax. Peter and Els met us on arrival and provided a really detailed tour of the property and how things worked which was really helpful. They were so friendly and nice and couldn't do enough for us, speaking excellent English. The location is also brilliant, being no more than 10 mins drive to the nearest beach and some beautiful places within easy reach - Le Lavandou and Port Grimaud both being highly recommended. But we barely scratched the surface only having one week there. And that is my only regret of the entire holiday - that we hadn't booked for longer!! We will be back in 2017 for sure.

Super Haus, wunderschöne Umgebung!

Wir waren drei Wochen bei Els und Peter-jan und es war eine wunderschöne Zeit, die wir in der "Villa Vivace" verbracht haben. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, für Kinder ist Spielzeug für drinnen und draußen in großer Menge vorhanden, der Pool ist immer angenehm warm...was will man mehr? Wir sind viel gewandert, vor allem der Küstenwanderweg hatte es uns angetan: Spektakulär und abwechslungsreich! Und immer wieder herrliche Strandbuchten. Aber auch die Gebirgswanderungen, die man teilweise schon vom Haus aus beginnen kann, waren sehr reizvoll. Nicht zuletzt möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unserer Gastgeber erwähnen, die mit dazu beigetragen hat, dass es ein rundum toller Urlaub war. Wir kommen gern wieder! Wonderful area, great villa, attentive hosts

I can thoroughly endorse all the previous comments such as the most recent from Michelle H. Peter and Els were very helpful from the outset when I first e-mailed my enquiry early in the year. We spent 2 weeks in their lovely villa with a pool that, if I have any reservation at all, was so nice we didn't get out enough! The local beaches were fantastic and we didn't feel the need to venture too far from the coastline between Cavalaire and Le Lavandou. The only exeception was a trip to Cassis where we took a boat trip to see Les Calanques des Cassis which were wonderful. Nearby villages such as Bormes les Mimosas, Grassin and Grimaud were all beautiful too. I have no hesitation recommending Villa Vivace, not least because Peter and Els were so friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous location

Our stay was relaxing and the location afforded us many areas to explore. The views are extraordinary. A heated pool only added to the ambiance. The house was well appointed and convenient for shopping and touring with plenty of room for two couples. A great week living in Rayol.

Wonderful!!

I cannot recommend this property highly enough! It is in a beautiful quiet setting in a great area with beautiful views, close to amenities and beaches. The villa is furnished to a high standard - a real home away from home. It is a perfect place for families to stay - our children loved it! The owners, Peter and Els, are attentive and friendly and have thought of everything that you might need to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. We have just spent a wonderfully relaxing 2 week holiday at Villa Vivace and have rebooked to visit again next year - it is a real gem and we are delighted to have discovered it!

Dear Michelle, Chris and boys, Thank you! We know that you enjoyed the immediate surroundings for (mountain-)biking, hiking, running or just for a relaxing walk. The children enjoyed the heated pool, which was exceptional, because the natural pool temperature was only 10 degrees celcius, but our heatexchanger managed to get 30.........at a bit of extra costs ofcourse.....But we believe that made a big difference between an average and a great holiday! Looking forward to see you next year again! Peter and Els P.s.: in the meantime we have installed a new hotplate/cooker and a larger LED TV (still fits in the cupboard...).

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage nähe der Natur. Hübsch und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Habe kaum in Frankreich einen solche vollständigen Haushalt angetroffen. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr entgegenkommend, sehr nett und allzeit behilflich wenn nötig (aber auch sehr unauffällig). Sie wohnen im angebauten Gebäude (weiter unten), beide Gebäude sind aber baulich getrennt, man bekommt nichts voneinander mit. Waren nicht mit Kinder da, es gibt aber ein toll ausgestattetes Kinderzimmer! Für Leute, die etwas abseits vom Trubel Ferien machen wollen und Ruhe suchen, sehr zu empfehlen, ohne Auto jedoch kann man nicht viel unternehmen. Das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünscht - ich kann dieses Haus (leider) jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen - leider, weil dann ist es wohl meistens ausgebucht...

Prettig huis op prachtige plek.

Goed uitgerust, ruim, praktisch en schoon huis. Fijne terrassen en mooie tuin. Prachtige uitzichten op de middellandse zee. Kalme omgeving. Huis voldoet aan beschrijving, het contact met de eigenaren verloopt uiterst plezierig. Aanrader, maar laat een weekje voor ons over!

Beste José, Hartelijk dank voor jullie fijne beoordeling, eigenlijk is het vreemd dat wij geen gasten kunnen beoordelen......maar geloof ons, het zouden ook 5 sterren zijn! Het mooiste is om te weten dat jullie een goede tijd hebben doorgebracht in ons huis en de omgeving. Daar gaat het ons om: jullie blij, wij blij! En natuurlijk gaan we een weekje voor jullie overhouden, want.....vergeet niet dat ook buiten het voor-seizoen en na-seizoen er héééle mooie weken kunnen zijn. Het klimaat hier is niet te vergelijken met de rest van Zuid-Frankrijk. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: in de winter kun je "zomerse" na-middagen hebben (25 graden), maar de ochtenden en avonden erg frisjes. Ons zwembad kan in voor- en najaar altijd aangenaam warm zijn. Veel mensen realiseren zich dit niet. Je kunt veel huizen huren met zwembad, maar vraag a.u.b. welke temperatuur ze kunnen garanderen.............We kunnen ons zwembad zelfs in de winter 28 graden warm maken....maar dat is "buiten proporties"....eerlijk is eerlijk. Our secret hide away

We discovered Villa Vivace in 2004 and have been coming back almost every single year. We'd rather keep it a secret but Peter and Els deserve credit for their endless efforts and friendship over the years. Villa Vivace is really our home away from home because it is so well maintained, clean, complete and comfy. The kitchen has everything you need. There are plenty of toys for the kids and books on the shelves. The beds are comfortable. The pool is nice, clean and warm all year round, and protected from the wind which is ideal in Spring and Autumn. Because it is higher up the hill it is so quiet and never too hot in Summer. At night you hear the nightingales sing in the valley and you can count the stars. Peter and Els always go the extra mile to make your stay an unforgettable experience. We love this part of the French Riviera as it is way less crowded and less urbanised than the Saint Tropez area. This is where French families holiday, not the international jetset. The coastline is stunning with a range of nice white sandy coves and beautiful views at every turn. Restaurants are affordable and offer good quality. There are several nice outings nearby: Bormes-les-Mimosas with it's arts and crafts shops is always popular with our children, as well as the Domaine du Rayol. St. Tropez is a 40 minutes scenic ride (go early in the morning when it's still quiet). Take the inland route over Col du Canadel on the way back for a stunning view. The hinterland has some nice sites and villages and beautiful scenery as well. The medieaval city of Hyeres is worth a trip and of course the islands. Porqueroles offers bike rentals and tropical white beaches. The area of Toulon has some nice museums and on a rainy day Nice and Monaco are still nearby enough for a nice day-trip. If you get away at all because you will find yourself lazying lounging around the house most of the days or hang out on one of the beaches. For hikers there are plenty of options (with kids the Domaine is great fun and) and there is a bike path along quite a part of the coast (it used to be a rail track). Even after 10 years there is enough on our wish list!

Aanrader!

Deze villa is in vele opzichten een aanrader. Wij, een gezin met 2 kinderen (8 en 9 jaar), hebben in deze villa, samen met oma, een heerlijke tijd gehad. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk en wordt goed schoon gehouden. Het hele huis is bijzonder proper, wat ons erg aansprak. De verhuurders zijn er ten alle tijden om vragen te beantwoorden, maar respecteren daarnaast je privacy. Je merkt niet dat de verhuurders op hetzelfde terrein wonen. Omdat de villa wat hoger ligt heb je prachtig uitzicht op zee. Er zijn om het huis meerdere terrassen/zitjes zodat je altijd buiten (uit de wind) kan zitten. Voor de kinderen is er genoeg te doen. Veel speelgoed, mooi zwembad (met allerlei waterspeelgoed) en een tafeltennistafel. Boeken!

Schönes Haus, gute Lage, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben ein schönes gepflegtes Haus angetroffen, in einer guten Lage zum Meer (ca. 7 Min. mit dem Auto) und direkt in den Bergen, so dass man zu Fuß in die Berge loswandern konnte. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt in 3 Schlafräume und ein gräumiges Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer und Küche. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und die Gesamtausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Als jemand, der gern kocht, sage ich dies ganz bewusst. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und durch moderne Technik schon im Frühjahr von angenehmer Temperatur. Das Terrain ist großzügig, gut geschützt und wunderbar ruhig. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan - aber völlig separat, so dass die Terrassen keinen Kontakt zueinander haben. Die Blicke in die Berge und aufs Meer sind weit und stimmungsvoll. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir werden sicher noch einmal gern einen Urlaub hier verbringen - vielen Dank.

Es freud uns dass es euch bei uns gut gefallen hat! Wir versuchen jedes Jahr etwas zu verbessern; dieses Jahr haben wir das extra Appartment renoviert...nächstes Jahr wird es das Badezimmer im Villa sein.....im gleichem Stil wie das Appartment also mit grosse Douche und Travertin Fliessen. Im Frühjahr sind ins besondere Gäste wilkommen die es geniessen um Wanderungen zu machen oder Radfahren, denn da gibt es ja viele möglichkeiten. Auch haben wir dieses Jahr eine automatische abdeckung für das Schwimmbad installieren lassen. Es ist eine 100% sicherheit/beschützung das kleine Kinder nicht ins Pool stürzen können und auch eine ideale weise um die wärme ins wasser zu behalten.
