It is composed of 2 layers. The upper villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a new big fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. The downstairs villa has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room with open plan kitchen. Both have spacious terraces with sea views. They are connected via an external staircase and are private.
