Home Barn Tredinnick is one of a cluster of luxury barn conversions, set around a private central courtyard in the peaceful hamlet of Tredinnick, halfway between Padstow and Wadebridge. It makes an ideal base to explore the North Cornish coast and the “7 bays for 7 days”.
The ground floor is open plan, has slate floors and a generous lounge area with wood burner stove, smart TV, DVD and music library. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen offers comfortable dining for 6 guests. The utility room/cloakroom with washing machine is perfect for drying clothes in the Cornish winters.
On the first floor the three good-sized bedrooms are all equipped with luxury ViSpring mattresses for the perfect night’s sleep. The master en-suite bedroom has king bed and dual aspect. The second bedroom is dual aspect and can be configured as either twin or super-king double on request. Both rooms have uninterrupted countryside views to the North Cornish coast, while the third double bedroom has courtyard views and, as with the other two bedrooms, features character beams and luxury fabrics throughout. The large family bathroom is equipped with both bath and shower.
At the front of the barn, the sheltered courtyard has a private patio area, ideal for morning coffee or breakfast in the sun. The enclosed private rear garden is dog friendly and has a generous patio area and garden furniture, ideal for summer barbecues and alfresco dining. The rear garden backs onto a shared paddock, recently seeded as a wildflower meadow for guests to enjoy in the spring and summer months.
