Sundance Cosy Getaway
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
This lovely property is 1 bedroom with a spacious lounge/dining area and kitchen.
The property is all on the ground floor. The front door leads into a hallway and it will lead you to the bedroom and bathroom one way and the other end of the hall you will find the lounge, dining area and kitchen.
The bedroom is at the front of the property with a double bed. We have a travel cot on request.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath and toilet plus sink.
The lounge/dining area has a table that seat 4 and a sofa bed in the lounge.
The kitchen is a fully working kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a fenced in garden area that has outdoor seating, this is accessed through the front door.
The guests have access to this lovely 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with outdoor space.
Other things to note that this property is part of another property, this is an annexe and has it's own private entrance. Both properties can be booked at the same time for larger groups.
We have an integral door joining the two properties. This door will be locked and can only be unlocked by myself.

Lovely couple of nights
The house was perfect for a couple of nights stay in Whitstable. A great location with a quick 10/15 minute walk to the high street and beach. Good facilities within the house, very lovely towels, comfy bed and sofa bed. Ice in the freezer which was a fantastic bonus in the hot weather. Only small thing is it would be handy to have a salt and pepper to use with all the cooking equipment. Thank you for a great stay, would return.
