Bright loft

The loft is well appointed and met all our needs. Location was undeniably the best location for touring. Did not expect the steep 3 flights of stairs to the loft. We certainly got our steps in during our stay.

Nice place but the should have a lockbox for the key to check in, wasn’t happy to go into the middle of Lisbon to pick up the keys

The client service was very bad. They didn’t put the client on a good position. One day before my departure. A lot of wrong information and stress. Paying two times the citizen tax and supplement to come late. Finally the key was in a box and we pay for that. The appartment missed a few things that i had to buy.

Upon arrival on Friday, we initially tried to check in early. We did the online request but were told that if and only if the cleaning was complete could we get into the apartment. Although it continually said "pending" we decided to just go to the apartment & see if we could get in. This was only right before the original normal 3:00 p.m. check in time. The air conditioning was NOT working (only blowing hot air) & of course it was the week Lisbon was having extremely hot weather. Again, we were told to inform via online message. We were asked to check the breaker to see if it tripped (which we couldn't since it's different than in the US). We didn't have cool air in the apartment until we returned from a day trip late afternoon on SUNDAY. Additionally, the drain in the shower was clogged & we were first asked if we could clear out clog ourselves. I was offended that I was asked to do this. Then we were told not to use the shower until it was fixed-again which didn't happen until Sunday. The only good thing was that the rain shower head was great. The apartment was just as it looked online but wasn't really clean when we arrived. The floor may have been swept but it needed to be mopped. Socks or bare feet got extremely dirty. The apartment was cleaned mid-stay which helped. Overall, our stay was okay but the fact that the first 2-3 days was terrible due to not being able to relax, sleep & get ready in the extremely hot apartment.

Das Apartment liegt zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber sehr ruhig und nahe dem Fluss Tejo und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Torre de Belem, Maat und Mosteiro dos Jerónimos. Es ist toll, modern eingerichtet. Diago, der uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat war super nett und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir würden es immer wieder mieten.
