Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit direkten Blick auf das Meer

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr durchdacht ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann direkt auf dem Strand Campus von Villaismius schauen.

Ottima sistemazione

Esperienza positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione fantastica a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Campus e a breve distanza dalle spiagge più belle. Spazi confortevoli e portico esterno molto piacevole. Molto comoda anche la doccia esterna a disposizione. Grazie anche al signor Michele sempre pronto e disponibile.

Villetta sul mare

Posizione eccellente, a pochi metri dal mare e da una bellissima spiaggia. Dalla camera si vede e si sente il mare, così come dal patio retrostante che abbiamo sempre utilizzato per mangiare . Casa assolutamente da consigliare anche per la gentilezza del proprietario,

Tutto benissimo

Siamo stati 2 settimane in questa casetta dove ci siamo trovati molto bene, la posizione è fantastica, proprio attaccata alla spiaggia di campus! Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento molto pulito con tutto in ordine, ben rifornito di stoviglie e altri accessori. Gli spazi sono piccolini ma ci si sta bene in 4, noi eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Dal terrazzo sopra la casa si gode di una vista stupenda, qualcosa di unico!

Einfach erholsam!

Das Häuschen ist einfach, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Aussicht ist Entspannung pur und man schläft bei herrlichem Meeresrauschen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. In der Nähe hat man alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Unterkunft mit super schöner Aussicht

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Man kann von der Terrasse aus das Meer sehen. Innen ist die Unterkunft einfach ausgestattet, reicht aber für einen wöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super und freundlich. Wir können das Apartment empfehlen.

Semplicemente Stupendo

Definirei la nostra vacanza come la vacanza perfetta! La casa è in una posizione stupenda. La vista è mozzafiato, la spiaggia a due passi non è mai affollata. L'acqua limpida e trasparente. La casa è pulita con tutto l'occorrente. Il patio vista mare sempre ombreggiato rende piacevoli i pranzi e le cene a casa. Nonostante l'estate torrida la casa era ventilata e la notte era fresca. Il proprietario Michele gentile e sempre disponibile. Che dire... ci vediamo il prossimo anno. Grazie di tutto Valentina e famiglia

In Badehose kurz runter zum Meer - perfekt

Etwas ältere, aber sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Alles wunderbar in Ordnung, der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Der Hammer ist der kurze Weg zu einer schönen Bucht mit Sandstrand und superklarem Wasser. Wir waren noch kurz vor der Hauptreisezeit da, sodass der Strand kaum belegt war.

Traumhafte Tage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft mit einem Traumblick auf das türkisfarbene Meer von allen Zimmern des Hauses und einer fantastischen Dachterrasse. Die Betreuung durch Michele, den Vermieter des Ferienhauses, war sehr fürsorglich und vorausschauend.

Cute little house directly on the ocean!

We had some very nice days in the little house. The house has everything you need. During the night you can listen to the waves and in the morning you see the sunrise from the bed. Thank you !

Fantastisch! Voll ausgestattet Urlaubshäuschen am schönen Strand und besten Snorkelling Spot

Praktische Haus mit allen was man braucht. Die Terrasse, seinen eigenen kleinen Balkon und eine Dachterrasse bieten unterschiedliche Aussichte um das Meer und die Bergen zu genießen. Der Strand (Spiaggia di Campus) liegt an wenige Schritte entfernt und ein Blick Unterwasser lohnt sich definitiv: tausend Fische wie in ein Aquarium können beobachtet werden! Ein Auto ist empfohlen und ein privater Parkingplatz liegt direkt vor dem Haus. Die Mülltrennung ist kein Hexenwerk: - Gelb: Plastik - Braun: Biotonne / Kompost (feucht) - Grün: Glas und Aluminium (Alu-Dose) - Blau: Papier / Pappe - Grau: Restmüll (trocken) Der Restaurant (Il Miraggio) ist auch zu empfehlen. Ein Tisch für das Abendessen sollte im Vorfeld reserviert werden. In Notfall kann man immer sehr gute Sandwiches jederzeit beim Bar neben der Restaurant gegessen werden. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen.

Siamo stati nella casa una settimana ad agosto la casa e pulita ben attrezzata x tutto posizione ottima a 30 metri dal mare vista stupenda dal balcone e dalla terazza un bel ristorante nella spiaggia anche se abbastanza caro. Il propietari molto gentile e disponibile e andato tutto bene peró se ci sarebbe la tv funzionante sarebbe molto meglio .grazie michele alla prossima

Ottima location

Abbiamo soggiornato nella prima settimana di agosto, ci siamo trovati molti bene, la casa si trova in una fantastica posizione, panorama sulla baia di Campus veramente eccezionale. La casa risulta semplice ma molto funzionale, molto comodi gli spazi esterni. Speriamo di poterci soggiornare nuovamente .

Petite maison au bord de l eau

Jolie petite maison fonctionnelle,agreable à 5 min max de la plage du campus à pieds..10 min d une superette et marchand de legumes. Petit bar de plage agreable et restaurants.villasimius est à 10 min en voiture .de nombreuses plages aux alentours.bon sejour .points eaibles de la location:pas de climatisation ca manque le soir et la nuit..et pas mal de bruit la nuit.on ne choisit ses voisins.... Les maisons sont mitoyennes c est convivial.les oreillers et le matelas etaient trop durs mais le proprietaire est tres aimable et arrangeant.la maison pleine de charme ca compense.
