Beautiful recently renovated little villa located close to Santa Maria di Leuca with exclusive swimming pool. The owners also reside inside the villa.
The property, ideal for large groups or different families, has 4 small apartments with a beautiful pool area at the back.
The 4 solutions inside are composed as follows:
Apartment 1 on the ground floor with two bedrooms, one double and one twin with second pull-out bed, centralized cold air system in all bedrooms, living room with kitchen (dishwasher present), 1 bathroom with washing machine.
Apartment 2 also on the ground floor with two air-conditioned double bedrooms each with private internal bathroom, air-conditioned kitchen with fireplace; externally small laundry room for this accommodation.
Room 1 on the ground floor with air-conditioned triple room with mini fridge, TV and private bathroom and small outdoor space, as well as a private kitchenette with washing machine.
Bedroom 2 located on the first floor with access from an external staircase with a large equipped terrace; it has a double bedroom with private bathroom, an external kitchenette under the veranda with a washing machine, several deck chairs and an external sitting area.
There are three outdoor showers. Beautiful swimming pool area (dimensions 4.5*4.5 mt - 1.40 mt deep without shallow area) with hydromassage jet and small fitness area in the veranda.
Free WI FI and barbecue available. House with free outdoor parking under the house, water system with aqueduct.
Town center reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Various services and supermarket within 500 meters of the house.
Adriatic side with its sheer cliffs reachable in a few minutes by car, just 3 km. Sandy beaches and several bays on the Ionian side reachable in less than 10 minutes, just 7-9 km.
Available camping cot for children, extra cost to pay on arrival.
Tourist tax to be paid on site on the day of arrival.
Linen bath/ bed rental and on request, weekly cost.
