Wonderful vacation home - fantastic location to many neighborhoods, sights and restaurants. Easy to Uber anywhere from here. And Uber deliveries (groceries and takeout) take minutes to arrive! Living room was our favorite- large, comfortable and an inviting space to relax after a long day of touring.

Our family of 8 came to Edinburgh for UK vacation. The flat was very accommodating. Plenty of room for us and very comfortable and inviting space! 10-15 minute walk to Old town and many attractions of Edinburgh. Host was very responsive to any questions we have. Close walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants but yet still quiet. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Beautiful home, in good location. Lots of amenities and space to meet the needs of our family of 8. We were there for just 3 days but it was a perfect home in the middle of our vacation to unwind after many hotels. Very helpful to be able to do all our laindry

This is my favorite VRBO experience ever. The communication was excellent and the accommodations were so comfortable and clean. We loved everything about our stay, including the small touches like a welcome basket. We really felt like we were guests in someone’s home. The furnishings and amenities were lovely. I highly recommend this property for your Edinburgh stay.

This was a wonderful stay with a great location and lovely family feel. The kitchen was envied by the ladies in the group, just gorgeous! We really enjoyed the sitting area, plenty of room for the seven of us, there was even enough room for 4 more when we had family visiting. The linens and towels were of an exceptional quality, not what is usually available in a VRBO. It felt as though we were guests in a friends home and we would not hesitate to book again.

Our family (8 of us) enjoyed a wonderful week at this property this August. Given the craziness of the Military Tattoo and the Fringe Festival, it was a blessing to have a quiet, safe haven where our family could rest and regroup. A special shout out to Rosanna who was always there for assistance and direction. We highly recommend this warm and hospitable apartment.

This lovely apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and airy, with comfortable beds and furniture. Good kitchen facilities and nice places to eat nearby: we particularly enjoyed Frenchie, and The Ox (especially the Scotch eggs there). Pretty close to tourist spots and transportation points, though walking involves some hills, as all the city does. Responsive and helpful host (thank you, Rosanna).

Very large and comfortable apartment. The biggest draw to us was the huge living room with multiple sofas and chairs. The bedrooms were very nice and beds and pillows were comfortable. Well stocked supplies and extra towels were available. Lovely large kitchen but the absence of a microwave was problematic and must be a deliberate choice by the owners as the house was so well supplied otherwise. The three flights of stairs was tough with the amount of luggage we had. For some reason I thought there was only one short flight. Nice, quiet location. Rosanna met us upon check-in which was nice and helpful. She was very responsive with communication as well. I would highly recommend if your entire group can do stairs.

This was the most gorgeous VRBO. It had everything you could ever want or need and more. We were able to go to the store and grab some groceries to have breakfast at the flat daily before headed out for the day to explore. It was a great locations and within walking distance of everything. I would highly recommend this place!

This stunning property is immaculately decorated and provisioned. The hosts provided us with a beautiful basket of wines and goodies. The historic home is convenient to old Edinburgh, near restaurants, entertainment and grocery stores. We will definitely be back!!
