Haus Imperial is Ideally located less than 5 minutes on foot from the Bahnhofstrasse, the village, the train station and the Sunnegga and Gornergrat departure stations as well as the bus for the MatterhornExpress with access to the whole ski area as well as direct access to Cervinia, Italy.

The Studio is large 38m2 with living area with south facing balcony and a kitchen area. There is real wood parquet throughout. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and wash hand basin.

This family-friendly Zermatt apartment building is located in the mountains, just steps away from Zermatt-Matterhorn Ski Paradise and Tour Monte Rosa. Zermatt–Sunnegga Funicular and Zermatt - Furi are also within 10 minutes. Zermatt Gornergratbahn Station and Zermatt (QZB-Zermatt Train Station) are within a 5-minute walk.

We have been going to Zermatt for over 20 years and have definitely fallen under its spell. The mighty Matterhorn towering above the little village can leave no one indifferent. Our mother bought her first property in 1994. She bought the 2 bedroom Imperial property first in 2001 and then proceeded to renovate it into an apartment: two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, close to the village and everything else. Later she added this studio which is next door with the idea that it would be nice for people to have a nanny or a granny close by, but not necessarily too close.

Very close to the village and all ski lifts. The Studio is well equipped, clean and has everything you need for a couple or single person staying.
