Large luxurious living room, separate dining room with table for eight and very well stocked kitchen with Rayburn and conventional stove.

Small private rear courtyard with seating, plants and outdoor hot and cold shower. Great on return from the nearby beaches.

One king size room with en-suite shower room, One double bedroom, One twin room and one bunk room with en-suite wc, shower and washbasin. One bathroom with small bath & shower over.

1 private parking space available at Barnoon Terrace for the convenience of our guests, original artwork and unlimited wifi.

Loved our stay!

Brilliant location, right in the heart of St Ives - everything walkable (and not up steep hills). Private parking space was invaluable. Nicely decorated and well equipped - including selection of beach toys/body boards. Great communication from host. We loved it. Hope to return!

We are a small family business from Cardiff with property in St Ives and Tenby.

Why they chose this property

We love St Ives, the sea and atmosphere are difficult to beat. Having three beaches within a very short distance of the house was brilliant when our children were small and now they return with their own families.

What makes this property unique

It is a traditional fisherman's house with an extension to create 4 bedrooms. It has very thick walls and is very homely. The separate dining room is very useful for bigger parties and it is central to everything St Ives has to offer.
