Vento di Mare is a seafront holiday home in Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò. The villa is spacious, with bright rooms, furnished with basic elements. Vento di Mare accommodates up to 12 guests.

From the entry gate of villa Vento di Mare, you can enjoy the view on the beach and the seafront beach.
The lush garden is large, with beach beds, equipped areas, the front porch with outdoor dining area and another outdoor area at the back.
The
rooms of the holiday home are spacious and furnished with basic
elements. The villa opens into a large living room with two sofas and
tv. A corridor leads to the dining room and adjacent kitchen.
The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of 4 bedrooms,
two of which are double bedrooms and two are triple bedrooms with
double bed and twin-sized bed. On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom with balcony and windows with panoramic view on the sea. In the holiday home there are 2 full bathrooms.

Vento di Mare is a seafront holiday home in Sant`Isidoro,
by the beach known as Lido dell`Ancora. In this area there are two
cafès and restaurants, nature paths leading to Sant`Isidoro with its
services, the Frascone beaches and the nature area Palude del Capitano.
Nardò is 10 minutes` drive away, like the nature park of Porto Selvaggio. Moreover, Porto Cesareo is also a short drive away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
