This chic studio comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfy sofa, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four where you can eat meals with loved ones. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a private furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, including an oven, freezer and coffee maker.

The sleeping area is delightfully furnished with a heavenly queen-sized bed (the bed fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens) and a large closet to store your belongings.

The bathroom has all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool, clothes machine and dryer, and gym. Gym and pool are located on the ground floor (reception), while laundry is on the basement (-1) floor.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Antas is an exciting and vibrant neighbourhood located in the heart of Porto. With its proximity to the Ageas Porto Coliseum, a famous venue for events, and the breathtaking Quinta do Covelo; visitors will find plenty to explore and enjoy here. Antas is also conveniently close to public transportation, with Estádio do Dragão only a 10-minute walk away and Combatentes a mere 13 minutes on foot. Whether you're looking to explore the local attractions or take advantage of public transportation, Antas is the perfect place to stay in Porto.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest commuter station, Estádio do Dragão), is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
