This fully air-conditioned, luxurious ground floor two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located right on the front line of Estepona port with views over the marina. The property benefits a large, wraparound terrace with seating, and sun loungers. A master bedroom with a super king size bed and the second bedroom room with a double and single bunk bed. A high speed Wifi internet connection is available and the TV offers plenty of British channels (Sky) plus Spanish, Dutch, German, French and Scandinavian channels. This property offers a spacious shower room with two sinks and the open plan kitchen, dining and living area is very bright and has access to the patio terrace. All modern appliances are provided for your holiday along with a private parking space in the closed garage. There are two large swimming pools available in the urbanisation, one is set amongst landscaped gardens with a grassy area while the other is terraced around the pool.

Beautiful apartment, would have no hesitation in recommending this to others. The outdoor furniture could do with cushions replacing and a cushion for the sun lingers would be a fantastic addition.

Great apartment with a wonderful all day sun wrap around balcony. Two pools and great location in the marina with an easy walk into the old town. Hopefully be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the spacious apartment in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs opposite the apartment but also easily walkable to Estepona old town within 20 minutes.The apartment looked clean however on further inspection it wasn’t as clean under beds, sofas etc. It had all the equipment you needed to cook or prepare dishes.There was a lovely powerful shower but the drain couldn’t cope with the amount of water. This meant the bathroom floor flooded although we resorted to rolling a towel at the entrance which prevented a lot of water escaping however the mop and bucket came in handy. The swimming pool was clean and well received during the heat but looked tired.Overall a nice apartment in a great location overlooking the port.

Perfect stunning modern villa in Manilva

This villa was absolutely beautiful inside and outside. So large, clean and modern, it was more than spacious for our family. Set in a quiet area but only minutes walk to the supermarket and a stroll down to the beach and marinas that has several fabulous restaurants. Communication was excellent throughout.

Smart apartment in great locations

Very well presented and equipped marina-front apartment. This spacious apartment has a very comfortable king size bed and modern kitchen with all of the equipment you would need for an enjoyable holiday. The location is great with all amenities such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a short stroll away. The old town and beaches are a leisurely 15-20 minute level walk away. Highly recommended.

Perfect location and such a clean property. Bathroom was luxurious, and the shower was possibly the best shower i have ever used. Hot, big spray. Lush!. A minor complaint in that there were no food tongues to dish up food, didnt use the dishwasher as no tablets. Shame it was the wettest for 15 years in Estepona. . Didnt get a chance to use the outside space, which would have been amazing as it was huge! The major complaint would be for the leting company. Plane an hour late, got to property around 01:30am. No where to park inside the gated community. So thought id park in the garage. Unfortunately we could not get into it. This is because no garage fob was left in the lock box, which was really dissapointed. My partner has chronic Osteoarthritis. So we was both stressed. Ended up parking on the main through road next to the recycling station, just!. It was 02:50am by the time we got into bed. Sorted the next day, but its not the point and not sonething you would want to deal with again. Overall the apartment was luxurious and we loved out stay in it. Hopefully the letting agents have learnt from this mishap. I would definately recommend staying here. Quieter that Estrponia its self. But ut had everything around . Including an excellent live music club called "Louie, Louie". Great for rock music. Only 15-20 mins walk to the old town and 5 mins walk to the beach, where the sun rises. Property 10/10. Letting agent 5/10.

Excellent location right on the marina . We were concerned there may be residual noise from local bars and restaurants but it was all good , very quiet even at weekends. Internally the apartment was as expected, very clean and well appointed . Met our needs perfectly and we're very happy with it . Externally there was a small problem with furniture. The agent acted quickly to progress the issue but unfortunately couldn't get it resolved during our stay. Not a major problem but would have been nice to be able use all facilities.We were 4 adults, the second bedroom better suited to 2 kids as as they were siblings it wasn't an issue I would have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation going forward.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this apartment. Our first impression was of a clean, bright and open space. The rooms were modern and well equipped with everything you would need. The huge outside space was wonderful giving you the sun all day long. The port although near wasn’t too noisy and gave us great views of boats coming and going.We had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanted a fairly quiet apartment but being near the hustle and bustle of the port too.

Tolles Apartment in super Lage in Estepona.Frisch renoviert mit Top Austattung.Wichtig zu erwähnen ist die excellente Klimaanlage. Die war Gold wert.Ebenso ist das Gesamte Gebäude gut gepflegt.Der Pool ist direkt von der Terasse erreichbar. Er ist nicht sonderlich schön aber ideal für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch. Zudem es ein Salzwasserpool ohne Chlor. Sehr angenehm.Die Terasse ist riesig, die Möblierung entspricht aber nicht einem "Luxus Apartment". Sie ist dürfte hochwertiger neuer und sauberer sein. Die Lage ist extrem gut, Hafen , beide Strände und der Ort sind schnell zu erreichen, 2 Supermärkte vor der Tür. Ein riesiges Gastro Angebot.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die betreuende Agentur Time in Spain. So eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Betreuung haben wir nicht erwartet. Top Service. Hätte ich eine Immobilie in der Region würde ich sie von denen betreuen lassen. Wir haben auch den Mietwagen und Ausflüge dort gebucht.

Dejligt ophold - godt nok meget blæsende, men det kan udlejer jo ikke gøre for.Dejlig lejlighed, der har alt og kæmpestor terrasse med sol hele dagen (vinkel terrasse).
