Die Lage ist sehr gut; in 10 Minuten ist man in Camogli am Hafen und an der Uferzeile. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Supermarcato Gulliver mit schöner Frischetheke und übersichtlichem Sortiment. Zudem führen einige Treppen nach unten direkt an einen kleinen Badestrand. Der Parkplatz ist ganz nahe bei der Wohnung. Von der Terrasse geniesst man einen schönen Blick übers Meer und in die Hügel hinter Camogli. Unterhalb führen zwei Bahnlinien durch, welche kurz aus den Tunnels gelangen. Der Bahnverkehr ist mässig. Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, wird die Züge wohl hören.
