Fantastic luxury flat with high quality furniture. Both the building and the flat have been completely renovated in January 2023. It is located on the ground floor and has a lift.We recommend this flat for those who want to spend some special days in Seville. Guests who wish to immerse themselves in time and take a tour of the Muslim, Gothic, Christian Seville... as soon as they set foot on the street of what will be their oasis during the days they visit us. Moreover, this flat is close to the modern Seville and the best restaurants and secret corners to stroll around. It is located in the Old Town and its most monumental quarter 'SANTA CRUZ'. Perfect location to move on foot being in what is undoubtedly the neighbourhood that shows all the faces of the passage of time in the city. The Cathedral with the Giralda, El Alcázar, El Salvador are less than 5 minutes walk away. The Guadalquivir river, the Arenal, Triana are less than 10 minutes walk away.

At home you will find yourself in a flat that has taken care of the details to the maximum so that you can enjoy it peacefully. Briefly, this flat is located in an emblematic building of fantastic construction. It stands out for its staircase and its beautiful chandelier. All its furniture is of high quality. It is a spacious and very bright flat. It has 1 bedroom and is mainly designed for couples or families with 1 or 2 small children. It is also comfortable for 2 couples, as it is both the bed in the room and the sofa bed of high quality. It has a master bedroom with a single bed that is spacious with a second, resulting in a fantastic bed of 1.80 meters by 2 meters. It also has a comfortable living room with 1 good armchair and a fantastic sofa, extra table and smart TV. It has another magical space which is the dining room where you will find a beautiful wooden table. It has, as it could not be otherwise, a good open american kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. Air conditioning and high speed wifi.

The building has a lift.

Exquisite Apartment

This is one of the nicest properties our family has experienced. It’s bright, fabulously decorated and has a nice open floor plan to enjoy. The kitchen is quite functional and has all the amenities one would need. Fabulous location close to shops and restaurants.

Gorgeous Appartment, the hosts were very welcoming and met us on arrival making it really easy. The space is imaculate and spacious, has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with every basic you need to cook a meal, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine all built in too.
