It is a building situated very close to Bravo Murillo street and Reina Victoria avenue, which has an excellent location especially for visitors staying in Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; in addition to many other shops and shopping centers.
It is a neighborhood in complete development with a lot of commercial offerings and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Across the street is the well-known Mercado de Maravillas, one of the largest supply markets in Europe where many of the city's best chefs acquire their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and tourists alike.
The Apartment:
This apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and has the perfect capacity for 8 people.
It has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed, and two comfortable bathrooms with shower.
The cozy living room shares the area with the dining room, which has a table for 6 diners. The living room features a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV.
The kitchen, integrated with the living room, features a modern design and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The apartment has air conditioning with a heat pump (heating) in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking, you can find a public parking lot a short distance from the apartment.
The building is undergoing renovation work inside.
The crib is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
