This apartment is located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from La Latina metro station.
La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have appetizers on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
A perfect apartment for large families or groups of friends due to its good layout.
It consists of five bedrooms with capacity for ten people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The living room is an open space with two sofas and poufs to relax. It has beautiful light thanks to its large street-facing balconies.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and has plenty of workspace thanks to its large island. A pleasure for those who wish to cook.
Two double bedrooms share a bathroom with direct access from each room. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and double washbasin separated by a door.
The third double bedroom faces an interior courtyard, to guarantee rest, and has a private bathroom.
The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and good storage space.
The third bathroom has a shower and features a beautiful design.
Located on the second floor of a building without a lift.
There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. For those travelling by car, there is a public car park in front of the building.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
