The apartment:
Ideal for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in an incomparable location, this cosy apartment with capacity for up to 8 people is situated in the interior part of the second floor of an entirely renovated old building with a lift.
The dining room is a bright space thanks to its three windows with views of the main street, Smart TV, double sofa bed, and a spacious dining table that also integrates a pleasant fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils.
It has three comfortable bedrooms full of light that guarantee a relaxing environment for a good rest. Two of them have two single beds and the main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, the apartment has another full bathroom with shower near the living room.
This accommodation has WiFi, heating and central air conditioning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

To be noted: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.

Further away from most things we wanted to see than we realized but a nice apartment in a nice area and it was easy to get to the metro. Neighbors complained about noise several times when all we were doing was talking in normal voices and watching TV. The app you have to use for check in was not as useful as I thought it might be and no response to What’s App inquiries, but someone met us to give us keys for check in with no problem. Overall a nice stay.

Bon séjour avec gros bémol
Bon séjour, appartement confortable, spacieux, bien équipé et calme, mais problème avec des voisins grincheux (?) qui accusent de bruits qui n'existent pas !! 2 appels en soirée pour réclamations de Mithouse et menaces de faire intervenir les forces de l'ordre si le bruit persiste ! nous ne faisions aucun bruit (groupe de retraités tranquilles). c'était très malvenu et inapproprié, le tout en espagnol car Mithouse ne parle pas le français. L'arrivée également compliquée car impossible de payer la caution qui devrait déclencher l'ouverture : en fait c'est un employé qui vient encaisser la caution et délivre les clefs, encore faut-il le savoir clairement avant !! donc pas mal de points à revoir !

El apartamento es amplio y espacioso, tiene 2 baños completos y 3 habitaciones. La ubicacion esta bastante aceptable. La parte mala es que el proceso de check in y de busvar las llaves es engorroso y tedioso. Para chequearse tienen horario y hay que buscar las llaves bastante lejos. Por otra parte las toallas son extremadamente malas, pequeñas y pocas. El agua caliente se agota con facilidad y hay que esperar que caliente para poder suministrar agua caliente a mi grupo que éramos 5 adultos. Por otro lado no dejan losAmenities básicos que deja cualquier piso de corta estadía como jabón, agua o sal. La verdad es muy costozo para lo que recibimos.

Excelente Apartamento - Necessário apenas rever Contrato de Energia
Bem localizado, apartamento com bons cômodos - único problema eh que não eh possível ligar mais de um aparelho ao mesmo tempo q a energia de todo o apartamento cai. Por exemplo no inverno não era possível ligar o aquecedor com o forno ou aquecedor com máquina de lavar louça ou roupa.

Alojamiento prácticamente nuevo. Diseño moderno y elegante. Muy cómodo. Equipado con todo. Sin sorpresas, tal cual las fotos. Escapada de vacaciones de 7 personas, y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Nos ha gustado mucho.
