The perfect place to stay in Cannes!

Loved this place. Was here for MIPCOM and will be returning every year. Will book this place if it's available EVERY TIME. Fabien and their family are excellent hosts and the communication was perfect.

The apartment was clean with modern decor and amenities in the middle of Cannes. The check in process was clear and precise and the hosts sent me a great 50 page guide that also has Youtube videos for clear references to the apartment and local area amenities. During my stay some issues happened with the AC and fridge, this was no fault of the hosts and they did their best to fix them. The communication with the hosts was very good during my stay. Only reason for no 5 star review is the apartment faces a very busy road and junction, which was noisy due to cars, trucks, motorbikes and mopeds on it most of the day and into the night.

We especially appreciate your understanding regarding the temporary issues with the air conditioning and fridge. While these unexpected problems were outside of our control, we are glad we were able to assist and work toward a resolution during your stay. Regarding the road noise, we understand that sensitivity to noise varies from guest to guest. The apartment is located in central Cannes, which offers excellent access to shops, restaurants, beaches, and the Palais des Festivals, but this can also mean more activity in the surrounding area, particularly during the busy season. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We would be delighted to welcome you back to Cannes in the future.
