Large apartment in good location

We liked the size of the apartment. The large sunny balcony. Clean linen. Washing machine was handy. Location to bars and restaurants. Kitchen was complete with microwave, full oven and fridge. bedroom with better furniture as knobs kept dropping off. Needs maintenance in certain areas, ie under sink unit. Shelf unit in bathroom would be helpful.
