Apartment had a few faults plug sockets hanging off the walls with wires exposed. I plug sockets for four appliances in the kitchen. We fi never worked, bathroom could do with a major upgrade.showertray was blocked so unless you have the shower at a trickle it woud flood the floor.limited knifes, forks and spoons .this was sent in a message to the owner on a couple of occasions with the reply of I will sent someone round who never arrived The building itself was in a brilliant location with the staff always looking to provide a quality service. This could become a really nice apartment but the owner needs to invest some money into it
