About this property
Beautiful mediterranean villa with swimmingool.
This beautiful house is located on Playa de Pals just 500 m. from Racó beach and has:
Garage( 1CAR) . Access through a stretch of about 20 steps to the 1st floor where we find a small entrance area to the house. Hall, one double bedroom-ensuite(bathroom with shower), one double room and one bathroom (shower), both with garden views.
On the 2nd floor, we find one guest bathroom, one double bedroom-ensuite(bathroom with shower), open kitchen.
Spacious and bright living-dining room with fireplace, with access to a spectacular porch with sea views. The porch of approximately 30 meters is without a doubt the main protagonist of the house. With sea views, it gives access to the garden and the swimming pool and greatly expands the dining and living area space.
Private garden and pool, in total privacy.
